Very fast and efficient, amazing people.

I was per random comming on this page because I needed a flight reservation for my friend (Nigerian) for his visa application. Since it had to be quick, I chose "rush 8 hours" and was able to pay safely with PayPal. Then I received the email from Alexandra, to whom I explained our situation, who upgraded us to "critical 3 hours" free of charge and sent us the reservation directly. My friend printed everything out and submitted it. Unfortunately, it took the embassy more than 3 weeks to review the documents. I turned back to Alexandra, who offered me to extend the reservation for a price of 10 euros. Of course I did because we need this reservation. Unfortunately, this was necessary several times, because the embassy ultimately needed 8 weeks to make a decision.
This is great service and totally recommended.
Alexandra helped us a lot and we are glad that we chose this agency. She is super friendly and very understanding. Should we ever need a flight reservation again, we will definitely choose this agency. Thank you Alexandra for everything

I was per random comming on this page and I was very quick reading it and then thinking - for sure this is not working - But I signed up paid the service price and everything worked like they said in their service description. This is a great service and absolutely to recommand.

Been using their service for a couple of times already. Some of which are: Flight, hotel and insurance reservation to meet my fiance’s family, and flight and insurance reservation to get married in Denmark. And now, I’m married and have a child, and still using their service. Always a big help! Thank you so much!!

I've used them for over 5 years, they're always fast and have great service for any Visa going into other countries.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY COOPERATIVE WITH ACCEPTABLE COST

I have to explain my case, my partner is from Senegal and iam Spanish living in Switzerland.
Switzerland allows to apply for Visa and actually gives them to non-married and no-registered couples when one is not from Schengen area... All was almost done but countries in transit décide not to allow him to pass through to fly to Zurich as there are not direct flights.
Non-sense at all.
Alexandra has been the most patience and nicest person in this whole process, has been my light in this darkness... Making all very easy to me, even the refund from the insurance, trying to help me, giving me options... Even answering my emails and being really understanding with my frustration and pain... Almost a year I don't see my family and neither my partner, but people on holiday... Super!
So I will come back when iam able to start again the process.
Thank you and never change, you, Alexandra, are excellent Csr and better human being.

This is an Excellent service and helps save a lot of money.
Prompt reply, and kind consultants.

The service was prompt with leeway to make any amendments and adjustments as required. The communication was also on-point, with regular updates once my service was booked. Overall A+ experience, I highly recommend it. Diane was a gem, I'll be back :-)

Used their services multiple times and never been disappointed! Very efficient! No hassle getting in contact with! 👍🏻

Their services are very quick, reliable and customer assistance guaranteed. I will definitely keep coming back for their services.

Very reliable and quick service. Highly recommended.

Definitely legit. I had my doubts too esp when I tried contacting them and they were not available even though they said they are 24/7. That bit isn't really true. However, the services rendered is verifiable. They helped with my flight itinerary(which I was able to confirm on the airline site and stayed on hold for days) and my travel insurance.
They are fast too and courteous. Totally recommend.
I got my Visa by the way!

Super prompt timing, and VIP service !
I wish I knew about this service before ! thank you for your professionalism

Great service! I booked flight service for my German visa and got my order upgraded from regular to critical, and they sent back to me within a few mins. The booking is valid on airline’s website during the whole time my visa under processed. Would definitely recommend!!

Great and easy service. Easy to book and fast reply and very helpful and friendly.

They were amazing! They upgraded my report to critical and I had it within an hour of getting the service. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
