No such thing as a free dinner 1
I did not like the fact But having been presented with what appeared to be a reasonably priced flight I then found that nothing was included with the business class ticket and everything was high priced add ons such as lounge access seat selection fast track security and cancellation Insurance.
Easy to use site
Poor experience and overcharged
The information was very poor and follow up even worst. I was charged much more than I needed to pay if I went direct to the Norwegian airline website. Being a novice in this area, when I keyed in for Norwegian air line I was connected immediately to flight network. I felt very cheated.

They will charge you more than what you see in payment page
Recently i was trying to flight home and had limited budget. Thus i booked one of the cheapest flights but flightnetwork.com carged me a commission fee without acknowledging me anywhere during the process and took out more money than expected. Now i don't have enough money to live for the rest of month nor the tickets because i cancelled the order seeing they charged me more when i called support they said they will keep the commission.
Easy booking and helpful feedback
Do not every buy for them
Do not every buy form them. they show you cheaper price and then you need to pay extra at airport charge by airlines. Fraud company.

Ease of booking & information.
Dudded…
I thought I was on a Virgin website but ended up on this one. Consequently I think I have paid more for flights than I otherwise would have.

Poor experience
Poor experience. Requested to cancel my flights since customer service no help when asking when will my new itinerary be issued 3 weeks before I’m meant to fly out. Forced to cancel and request full refund since airline had cancelled a part of my booked flights.
Customer service was no help during the refund process, to which after I was refunded a partial NOT whole amount. Now I’m still waiting for the rest of my refund and customer service has kept asking me to wait 5 business days every week, when I ring still same status and up to date no refund processed or even a positive outcome of actually helping. Flightnetwork is so fast when it comes to taking payment and takes their precious time when customers request for a full refund.

The process is far more complex
The process is far more complex, complicated, confusing than simply going directly to an airline. Plus once you choose a flight and price you are besieged with countless add-ons ! It ends up feeling like a scam.

Illegal
I hâve never asked you. YOu introduced yourself illegally while I thought I was dealing with Air Canada.
I have never received the complete itinerary of my flights

Learn from my lesson! Don’t use Flight Network
I thought I was booking directly with Iceland Air but noticed my mistake after finalizing payment. I cancelled the booking literally within 10 mins after that transaction. Iceland Air policy is full refund within 5-10 biz days if cancelled within 24 hrs. I received a refund from Flight Network 30 days later; however they deducted $90 from the refund. Couldn’t tell you why they did that after having my money for over 20 days.
Booking with Flight Network by mistake is on me but charging me $90 to cancel within 10 mins is on them. Lesson learned… don’t book with Flight Network

Expensive lesson learned...
I give both FlightNetwork and myself a one-star review.
Out of laziness and lack of attention, I Googled the airline instead of typing the full address directly. I clicked the top result, which turned out to be a sponsored link from FlightNetwork.
They advertise cheap prices, but this ticket ended up being 100€ more expensive than if I had booked directly with the airline.
A frustrating and expensive lesson learned. Be careful with sponsored links and always check the airline’s official website before booking.

Voucher not worth it. Avoid when booking
Originally thought I was booking through WizzAir but Google search seemed to take me via Flightnetwork. In the end my rush to book hiked up the cost of the flight with FN at a cost of over £800. A week before the flight I had a medical issue which prevented me from flying and this was validated by my hospital consultant. Despite this I could not get a refund and FN would only offer a voucher for 90% of the flight itself so £500.
The voucher turned out to be a con as I have just tried to book a flight to Malta and the voucher turned out to be worth only £212. Seems as though FN are out to fleece you at every turn. My advice would be to avoid and go direct to the airline.

DO NOT use this company
DO NOT use this company. Their customer service is the worst and there is no help what so ever when a plane is cancelled or delayed. We tried to communicate with them for a month - no luck. Book tickets directly from the airplane company instead.
