Expected Authenticity, Received Doubt
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a pair of shoes with the expectation that they would meet Flight Club's reputation for authenticity and quality. Upon receiving them, I immediately noticed several inconsistencies. One shoe feels noticeably heavier than the other, one is significantly wider despite both being labeled a size 7.5, and there are visible differences in the construction and appearance between the left and right shoe. These issues raised concerns about the authenticity and quality of the product.
To make matters worse, the shoes did not include an authenticity card or sticker, which made it even more difficult to have confidence in my purchase. While customer service was polite, my concerns about authenticity were never directly addressed. Instead, I was simply provided with a return label and informed that the shoes would be evaluated upon return, leaving me worried that I could lose both my time and money despite my concerns stemming from the product itself, not buyer's remorse.
For a purchase of this value, I expected greater quality control, transparency, and reassurance. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase from Flight Club again.

I do not like the fact that the new pair of shoes I ordered from Flight Club, were shipped from outside of the United States. I question thē authenticity. I would have never purchased them, had I known, and never will again.

Received the wrong item
Received the wrong item. I ordered a size 11Y, and received a size 11C. Perhaps the seller got confused or tried to be sly. But this leaves me with little faith in the "authenticity check" that Fight Club has. A resolution has yet to been reached as I have not heard back from Customer Service.
