Absloutly disgusting and appalling service. Numerous phone calls to come out and re spray just over two months later. They were really quick to take my money. Took two days of work leave with out pay yet they didn't turn up. Emails upon emails and no reply. I rang again today i was told it would be another two weeks before they could reply. Im not letting this go. I want a refund

Similar to other reviewers, Flick misrepresented the service and then proved impossible to contact to make appointments. We’re paying for nothing. They take the monthly direct debit but I can’t get in touch to book any appointments. I have had difficulties getting an appointment for the last 2 months. It is appalling service and I plan to return to my old provider who was marginally more expensive but infinitely better value.
Mis-sold treatment, technician completed half what he was paid to do. Said he’d arrange to come back. Repeatedly called Flick, they never came back to complete the treatment.
The beautiful smile on his face was welcoming. Andrew contacted me beforehand of his arrival. He began his job outside and I noted he was very methodic and thorough. Similarly, indoors and roof space were attended to in the same fashion. He skipped nothing. He answered my queries and was very obliging. I didn't mind having my house pest sprayed. It's always a bit of a personal experience for me. He left as he arrived, a great smile!
Got these guys out for a cockroach issue a few weeks back.
Haven’t seen one since.

I personally probably won't stay with Flick or recommend them. I've made appts two weeks in advance and they've just not showed up at all or with the incorrect equipment for the job which is unprofessional. The person who didn't have the right ladder for the job also made me sign a form that he did all he could with what he had. Basically a waver form that he didn't do his job. A waste of time to come home early for the appt.
The person on the phone today I could hardly hear on a bad line and tried to explain there was msgs left yesterday and they called in yesterday, which is a lie as no msgs or calls were left. Also he tried to blame me for booking the wrong date afterwards.
It's probably not good for ppl who work normal trading weeks as they dont have great hour slots to fit you in. You have to leave early to get in.

Please be very careful when you pick any subscription plans , when you sign up any of their subscription plans there is a contract of 12 months which I was was not made aware at the time is signing up , on call representative didn't informed me anything about contact and nor I received any welcome pack advising contract terms and conditions, when I asked to cancel the plan I was told I had to pay the whole year , which is absurd , you can't charge me for the services you are not providing for the months being cancelled, so for my gold package even if I used only 1 months I have been told that I will have to pay full amount of roughly 800$ to cover all remaining months , this is just absurd amount of money being charged for no reasons .

Similar to most of the other reviews here, customer service is appalling. Been on the monthly payment plan for a few years. Results from general insect spray has been varied. Time came round to re-charge our termite protection system. Got a cheaper quote from another provider.
When I told Flick about the cheaper quote, I got a similar email to others where they try to scare you into staying by saying your warranty will be invalid if you go with another provider, no one else is accredited to refill the system and claim to be the most cost effective service on the market (they're not..).
We previously were told that they would not provide us a warranty anyway as we were a mid terrace building and the system was not applied around the entire exterior of the building. I questioned this and they just stopped responding. emailed a second time... no response... emailed a 3rd time and they ignored my question and again gave the stock standard reply again that our warranty would be invalid if we went with another provider. I then emailed a 4th time and asked the specific question yet again if they were providing us a warranty and highlighted the comments we were previously told about being a mid terrace house... and again no reply. Clearly they don't want to commit to whether they would honour a warranty but want to use the warranty threat to scare customers into staying with them.
Ironically, they are replying to all the negative reviews here about the poor customer service and lack of contact... by pretending to be concerned and interested and telling the complainants to email them. If only they would actually respond...
Save yourself the time and hassle.. go with someone else.

Flick - took cash payment and never gave receipt.
Flick - accounts can’t find the cash and called me and did recording.
Flick – short expired of chemicals and pests all returned within one and half month.
Flick - worker missed spray the half area of house, recall, then missed the third area of house.
Flick – sent me emails to collect payment again a month ago.
Flick – sent emails showed they found my cash payment and said my file was closed with solved a week ago.
Flick – sent me email and chase me to pay again today.
I can’t sleep and booked with neurologist, MRI and CT for brain.
Who can help me please?!
Have had on going pest issues since March when Flick came to visit including a plug in monitor. Put me on a monthly pest maintenance plan and cost. Called them up again as problems reoccurring and when another technician came no records kept by them of issues or what specifically had been done. It’s now 29 June and issues outstanding and yet another called made. No follow up by them to see if the issues had been dealt with what was dissatisfied customer. All talk, no action, wouldn’t recommend at all

Terrible service, online booking service does not work but they don’t inform you of this. They take the monthly payments but don’t follow up for annual Inspections. Phone calls are never returned or your left hanging on the phone for ages. Promises to return calls never happen and then met with oh yes I was going to ….. trying to book a pest inspection is a nightmare. Disgraceful service needs reporting to consumer watch dog.

So dissappointed with Flick,
I own a new duplex (both sides) and my builder put the Flickguard system in the property. At that time Flickguard treated the property as one property
Later I subdivided the property into 2. That meant a line was drawn down the middle of the building on a plan. It didn’t change the property what-so-ever. It is still the same size property, it is still one building, and it is still the size of a small house 280sqm. There is still one owner for all the property
I recently obtained quote from Flick for a termite inspection and pest spray, however Flick want to charge for two properties. What a rort!
The cost is excessive and unreasonable
I called Flick and tried to reason with them to no avail
I read all the bad reviews of Flick and decided to email Flick on the info flick email as they request in their responses to other negative reviews and I hoped a Manager with some commonsense would respond, however no-one at Flick ever got back to me.
It’s just disgraceful.
Flick won’t warrant the Flickguard system if I go elsewhere. It’s a captured market and a rort.
Appalling customer service
Subscription based payment plan is a scam. They sign you up forever and don’t call to schedule a yearly appointment
Liars and conmen. Hired to deal with a cockroach problem. The service provided made absolutely no difference. Failed to attend follow up appointment. Failed to respond to several enquiries. They refused to honour the warranty on original service. Demanded extensive further payments not mentioned in original quote.
