Had the Everglades eco adventure with airport drop off after our recent cruise. This was booked with Royal Caribbean. We had Helen and it was her first day doing a solo tour. Helen was excellent giving lots of information throughout the tour. She will make an Excellent guide.

The bus was clean and modern with ice cold air-con and power sockets. This was great for charging all our devices for the long trip back to the UK.

My only issue is with the drop of location at the airport. We got dropped off at the arrivals south bus terminal which was a very long walk to where we had to get to the BA checkin desks(door 6). When you are not familiar with an airport and carrying 4x XL suitcases it was hard trying to navigate the airport especially as you get dropped in arrivals and not departures. As said the tour and guides were great but the airport drop off at MIA could be greatly improved with a drop at each side of the airport.

Awful, unprofessional tour guide, took 45 mins to load the bus then we ended up having to cut short our Everglades boat trip. The tour guide was German and his English was not good, he did not understand everyone’s questions and his manner was rude. The actual tour was a waste of money, 45 mins on the boat then 45 mins to wait for an alligator show which lasted 15 mins in the baking heat and was quite inhumane with the guy forcing open the Alligators mouth and forcing it to move. Waste of money.

Excellent experience on a recent tour of the Everglades. Kind considerate , well informed staff.

Hopeless company, total chaos at the end of a cruise. The only thing they did efficiently was take our money and after that they could not care less. One and a half hour wait in a line for a bus. The queue was not organised, everyone was getting anxious and annoyed, especially those with tight flight schedules. The staff were simply rude, belligerent and aggressive. Why do NCL give them the contract? Do they want their clients to end their holiday on a sour note?

I am reviewing the driver I encountered this morning while driving in the southbound express lanes of I-95 in Ft Lauderdale. The bus was traveling in the left lane traveling at a speed that was not with the flow of left lane traffic causing me to pass him in the right lane. This is when he realized at the last minute his exit, north of Sunrise, was approaching and he decides to move in my lane despite my insistent honking. Zero regard for another driver's right-of-way. To avoid an accident, I slowed down and then passed on the left. This could have been a very serious situation. Tells me that this company has untrained drivers.

Amateur hour. Understaffed, undertrained, overwhelmed, disorganized organization that obviously bit off way more than it can chew when it offered excursions through Royal Carribean. Everglades Tour after our cruise was just all around bad. Complete waste of money and horrible ending to a week long cruise. Only way I would recommend is if you enjoy being treated like livestock.

We used Florida tours on the last day of our holiday for a trip to The Everglades with Airport drop off . We disembarked from our ship in Miami Dock . Was directed to the coach where we were met by Adiel, he was a brilliant guide , explained the procedure for when We got to The Everglades , our luggage was safe in the coach so didnt have to worry about carrying our hand luggage. The excursion went without a hitch , after our fun time on the speed boat ride through the Everglades We were directed to the alligator show and then after we were back in the coach and on our way to Miami airport where the coach dropped us outside the terminal.
It was a fun stress free day and Adiel the driver and the luggage lad were all brilliant and professional. Highly recommended.

We went from the cruise port to the Sawgrass Recreation Park on Monday Oct 23, 2023. We really enjoyed going to the Sawgrass Recreation Park. We loved the airboat ride through the Everglades. The bus ride to the park and to the Fort Lauderdale airport really, really sucked. The air conditioning on the bus did not work. The bus, filled with mostly senior citizens, was sweltering. We thought one passenger was going into heat stroke. We don’t know if the driver just didn’t know the bus or if it was a mechanical issue. It may have been a mechanical issue because at the Fort Lauderdale airport, after stopping the bus at Arrivals, not Departures, the driver could not restart the bus. After several minutes the driver was able to get it restarted. And for the drive to MIA the air conditioning was working. But once again we were dropped off at Arrivals not Departures. And definitely at FFL, we think MIA too, the driver only stopped at the first airline.

We just finished a wonderful Royal Caribbean cruise. It was pouring rain when we arrived in Miami. Florida Tours persisted in taking us on the Everglade boat tour IN THE RAIN. They did not offer rain ponchos. They did not offer an alternative. This tour ends at the airport, leaving us wet and cold to wait several hours for our flights. And there’s a whole busload of us. Also, they will not use the heat on the bus.

My partner and I just enjoyed a Celebrity cruise and then had a great tour through the Everglades. The driver was very helpful and the tour guide was so knowledgable - highly recommended
