Placed an order 10 days ago with Flatpack2go and I haven't heard anything since receiving the order reference on the 8 December 2020.
Their telephone number doesn't connect, they haven't replied to any of my follow-up emails, and I'm told by their neighbouring businesses that they are no longer at their advertised address of 81 Stoney Lane
recently purchased Lisbon 3 door wardrobe and chest of draws looks really great and the guy who assembled it said the quality was very good,looks more expensive than it was,also had memory foam mattress feels great looking forward to using it.
Goods delivered late,was unable to contact seller, no response to emails, no call to phone to explain delay, no email to explain item was held up, driver then delivered the following morning, with no explanation why it was delayed.
Really not good when delivery date was agreed and confirmed.

Wonderful service, great product knowledge and a traditional sales experience where we felt valued as their customer. After dads heart surgery we were looking for a new bed for him. Flatpack2go responded swiftly to our enquiry by personally calling us on the number we gave and guided us through the selection process and the transaction. They even found us a delivery slot for the very next day. Our final selection wasn't anything fancy but dad has been resting on it the whole day and has commented on how comfortable the mattress is and the quality of the bed itself.
