Brought a pair of flip flops in August 2021, they sent the wrong size. Emailed them and they did reply and said I would have to send them back for refund. Ok I replied asked for the return address and if it was a free postage. They replied and said it was an address in china and I would have to pay the postage!! What the hell it was there fault after I said I refused to pay the postage and wanted a refund they stopped emailing. I gave up in November and still have th flip flops that are too small. They weren’t cheap either and quality was rubbish. Oh I didn’t want to give 1 the star but had no choice

Exactly the same as the below comment. Rubbish flip flops from China and had to pay £12 to return them! Have emailed 3 times for my refund of £24 and no response!!!!!

I didn't even want to give this one star!! I ordered some flip flops that claimed to be good for people with painful feet, saying they were specially designed. What I received were cheap plastic rubbish with unfinished raw edge fabric tops. They cost £24 but are worth about £2!!! As soon as I saw them I requested a return form, as they claimed to be a uk based company and returns were free. I received an email saying to send them back to china at my cost!!! I then sent screenshots of the supposed 'free returns' to 'uk based company' from their website, via emsil and have never heard back. This is after 4 emails! I want my £24 back and you can have your rubbish flip flops Flaovia!!!!

The one star given is not justified. The quality of product is not good. Their claim that their flip flop is good for those with Plantar Fasciitis is not correct. They do not correct your stance or foot position.
The flip flop is poor quality and the left does not match the right. The band across the top is very baggy and offers no support whatsoever.
This company states that they do not offer free return postage even if the product is faulty.
The delivery took forever and was not from the UK as advertised, but from China.
Shocking customer service. When you comment negatively on Facebook they remove your comment and then block you.
Be warned!!!! Don’t waste your money. I am now dealing with Trading Standards.

Absolutely shocking,waited weeks for my flip flops to come, when they did very strong plastic smell really offensive,didn’t fit even though I ordered a bigger size. Quality not very good I mean £23 for flip flops. I have emailed them so many times to ask where I return them to as nothing in the parcel.no reply,I am sure it’s a scam. Who do you report them to,does anybody know

AVOID AT ALL COSTS……as others have said. Non existent customer service. Cheap, dangerous & not fit for purpose. Chinese imports. Took weeks to arrive. No refunds given, even though free returns advertised. Flaovia won’t even engage with me. Not even fit for a charity shop. They’re going into landfill unfortunately 😡

Do not purchase. Delivery was several weeks later than promised and one sandal was ok but the straps on the other are huge and they are unwearable.
I sent a photo and eventually got a response noting my complaint and they promised an update on progress but that was a month ago. I have sent more emails but no response. I think it is a scam and it is up to Flaovia to prove otherwise

Order for 2 pairs placed on 13th August finally arrive 5 mins ago - 10th September !! Not the size ordered, no return delivery details.

Sandals eventually arrived,said 3-4 days delivery,didn’t say coming from China so took weeks! Wrong size sent,when they replied had to take photo and they sent details to return to China at my expense and would get refund if they decided I was entitled to one! Their mistake not mine. Website no longer working surprise surprise!! £23.99 out of pocket now!

Don’t purchase from Flaovia. Customer care is a zero. Communication is very poor. Emailed twice about non delivery of shoes and asked to cancel order and for a refund. Emails ignored and then finally sent a reply simply saying shoes had been shipped. Completely ignored request to cancel. Initial advert said delivery in 7 days. Shoes shipped from China and arrived long after 7 days. Initial advert had order sizes in UK sizes but a conversion chart for their European sizes which do not match the norm. I have been caught like this before so paid particular attention to match and order the right size. When delivered they are too small and I am sure that I have not been sent the size I ordered but can’t prove it as needless to say the advert has completely disappeared from Facebook and my invoice just has the UK size. I have asked to return shoes for a bigger size or refund but not had a reply and hold out no hope. Scam company.

Total scam. Flip flops look nothing like the picture. Covered in glue and appalling quality. Took 18days to arrive by Hermes not the advertised royal mail . Despite numerous emails no Joy with the requested refund. Looks like going to have to chalk this one up to be conned.

Ordered some sandals for £23. They arrived after a couple of weeks and they’d have been fine if the correct size had been sent. I emailed the company with all details they requested then nothing. Not heard a thing for 2 weeks. Avoid this company like the plague. Thieving scammers.

Webisite says proudly based in UK with free returns. This is fantasy. I tried to return shoes and was given an address in China and told the postage was my cost which is half the price of the cheap awful shoes covered in glue. Don't buy. I will write this scam off to experience.

Company is advertising items and sending cheap imports from China. Emailed several times for returns address and for refund with no contact at all. Wouldn't pay 4.99 for the awful sandals I recieved. Poor quality, definitely not orthopaedic sandals as advertised. Contacting trading standards and my bank. Other shoppers please do the same.
Sorry to say... think I have been scammed on this purchase.

if I could wave a magic wand I would warn other people never trust this company, if I could give zero stars I would, I have been waiting over a month for my goods and still nothing I have written to them and no replies, I have tried to call them guess what no answer, need I say more now I have to claim bank charge back to get my money back they will in turn occur costs.

Con company! Not based in Uk , order placed 14 days ago but not received anything. Please don’t waste your money. Professional con artist!

Received pair of sandals which are 2 different styles, 2 different sizes and deffo not right size UK 7.5 more like a 6 at tops,requested a refund..asked to return to China!!! At my expense, so much for Uk based firm, no response to 4 emails about why I should pay to return bag of crap shoes to China..now going via charge back to get
my money back...they brag about being in UK, clearly not and credit card billed to a US company, shocking customer service and no quality control when they can't pack a matching pair, they have the proof and done very little to rectify

This company claims to proudly be UK based, offer a 30 day risk free returns policy for any reason, customer satisfaction guarantee and free returns and 5-8 day delivery via Royal mail.

My flips flops came from China (I don't have a problem with goods from China if I know that's what I'm buying. In this case it wasn't what I was promised)
They took 19 days and came via China mail and hermes (not hermes fault)
They were very poorly made and did not fit at all. They are not worth the money at all, I'd expect to see them on sale in a bargain basement shop. They are supposedly arch support flip flops so a good fit is essential. If they cost under a fiver I'd simply be putting them in the bin and chalking it up to experience but they were nearly £25 so I'm pretty cross.
Things got worse, after ignoring several of my emails and FB messages they finally answered asking me to prove they didn't fit! I sent photos!! They eventually said I could return them to China (I have an address!) At my own cost. Clearly this is not financially viable nor is it what they advertise on their website. Even if I did send them back I'm pretty sure I would never see my refund.

I took to their Facebook to voice my experience and warn others but they have now blocked me from commenting.

This seems to be a new company and is clearly a complete con so be warned people. I am also in discussions with trading standards and the fraud department of my bank to try and prevent others from being treated so badly and conned out of money.
