Flaming conmen
Having ordered and received an order, placed another but despite the order being acknowledged, it has not been received. The item ordered is still showing in stock. Have sent several e-mails and phoned but get no response. Their customer service is not as stated and I would advise not to buy from them.
Fraudulent company - stay away
Ordered product on 11 April 2023 and received email to say order confirmed and that I would receive a further email once product had been dispatched from them. I am still waiting to receive this email and consequently haven't received product.
In the meantime, I've emailed the company several times, but had no response. Also phoned many times and get cut off. Definitely a fraudulent company and warning others not to buy from them.

I had a great experience with this firm back in 2021 when they were selling via Amazon so didn’t think to check current reviews when ordering direct. Lesson learned. Best to avoid for sure.

Have tried numerous times to contact Flamingogifts by email and telephone in order to arrange replacement or refund.
No response from emails.
Telephone answering machine states cannot take messages as full.
Very unhappy frustrated customer. Such poor customer service. Seeing other customers’ reviews indicate that this company is frequently taking customers’ money but having no after sales service.
What can be done about a company trading in this way?
Not helping themselves
Goods did eventually arrive and in good condition, but 10 days late and only after an email threatening charge back. Like others, no communication from the company, no tracking provided. Would hesitate to use again.
Placed my order on the 22nd March
Placed my order on the 22nd March, received email on the 26th saying had been dispatched and arrived in perfect condition on the 29th. Had read other reviews and was a little worried but decided to wait and see. Glad I did. Might have been helpful to have been able to track order but otherwise happy with purchase.
Fast delivery and perfect item
After having read all the bad reviews, I was sceptical. However I decided to place the order, as it was a bargain.
I received it within 3 days from the purchase and it was perfect!
Poor communication
EDITED - the order in fact arrived on 29 March, more than two weeks after it was ordered and 12 days after it was allegedly posted (sent by 48 hour tracked delivery according to the postage label). It wasn’t particularly well packaged (although nothing was actually broken) but the items are as described. Only giving three stars due to non-existent communication (I received no reply to any of my emails) and the long delay in getting the order. I now also have the faff of trying to close the credit card dispute as I’d reported it non-delivered.
I think this company is fraudulent. I placed an order on 14 March, received an email on 17 March saying it had been dispatched but with no tracking information, and never received the goods. They ignore emails. I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card company. AVOID.

Placed order 15th March, was supposed to be despatched same day, as placed before 3pm. No notifications all week, sent an email for an update, didn't respond, opened case with PayPal, a refund was issued immediately by paypal. Presuming this must be a frequent occurance, as paypal did not even investigate, or contact company, it was done immediately after I submitted to the resolution centre. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.
AVOID absolutey terrible don’t receive order and no communication
Terrible customer service purchased two Willow trees apparently they was shipped but no tracking given week and half later still not arrived. I sent 3 emails none of which have been responded to AVOID AT ALL COST

Purchased 4 Orla Kiely mugs. Payment is taken immediately as expected. There is no communication whatsoever. I have contacted them twice for an update. The packaging for China mugs was very poor I’m surprised they made it in one piece. Will not use this company again.

Took money for an order and claimed it was dispatched. No tracking or courier provided. The item never arrived.
Ignored all attempts at contact. It is not possible to get hold of the company to request a refund or complain.
I used PayPal buyer protection in which I had to escalate the case to get my money back.

Don’t bother ordering from these rip off artists. I placed an order which never arrived. After various emails and voicemails have gone unanswered,I have decided that I’m going to pay them a personal visit as they are only a1/2 hour drive away. Watch this space.
