Flagstone review
We previously had our Ltd company funds invested in HSBC money market accounts, where the returns were only around 1–2% at best. Moving the same funds to Flagstone has made a huge difference — we are now receiving around 3.84% interest.
What we particularly like is how Flagstone spreads your money across multiple accounts, which gives added peace of mind and flexibility. The rollover feature is also excellent, ensuring funds are transferred seamlessly into another selected account on the maturity date without any hassle.
Very straightforward platform to use, reliable service, and significantly better returns than leaving cash sitting in traditional bank products. Highly recommended.

Very intuitive platform
Very intuitive platform. Like the idea that you can spread risk by keeping investments below the FSCS limits and this platform makes it easier to do that.

I have an existing account and was informed that the interest rate will reduce from 3.61% to 3.22% as of 1 Jun 2026.
I moved my savings to my holding account and today was able to re-deposit them.
On selecting the best high interest instant access account I was surprised to see Castle Trust Bank offering 3.7%.
This is higher than the original. I'm sure there's been a mistake but I have all the correspondence to prove the communication.

The rate change you experienced was due to Castle Trust Bank launching a new issue of their Instant Access product (3.7% AER) on 27 May 2026. As this is a new product issue, the updated rate doesn’t apply to existing accounts, which is at the discretion of our partner banks' if they wish to increase rates on existing products or not. Unfortunately they didn't on this occasion.
We understand this can be frustrating, but we’re pleased you were able to open the new account straight away using our recent platform improvements.
