Mark is a great asset to the flagship team. Polite and got the jobs done quickly with no hassle.

Charlie was amazing he was the one that fitted my bathroom he had hi spirits all the time even tho he has myself going tho hospital treatment and my 2 children and 2 dogs

well I would like to move but they are not very helpful helping me to do so, live in a three bed house and want to move to a smaller house from Norfolk to Suffolk as I have family member lives in stowmarket area! Plus the house I rent got burgled few years ago and I don't feel safe in the house and discovered that the house has asbestinos in the house and now have to wait for that to be removed. I don't want to be around that when they remove it due to the dust and my heath condition. Don't like talking about his on here but think Flagship group not the best in helping their customers.

Had a problem with our back door, someone came out same evening and had a look, couldn’t fix it . Appointment booked straight away only had to wait a few days, then a very nice chap called Mark looked at, we didn’t need a new door at all just a new locking mechanism, all done quickly and efficiently by Mark.

This review is really challenging, if it were individualized id give Owen 5 stars but my experience with flagship has been inconsistent, bad and good. At times the repairmen are half hearted and repair half the job that's good enough to tide the client over for a day or so until the repair needs to happen again. But the issue is times are am or pm, so we need to take days off for the repairs that get half done then rebook. Mould is a nightmare to get resolved.

Flagship should be disgusted by there drivers parking illigally on bessemer road norwich. No parking after 8am but 13 van were parked in no parking and 3 were on a blind corner with buses and lorries struggling to get round the corner(an accident waiting to happen. Pease think about others using bessemer road!!😡

Very disappointed by the behaviour of one of your drivers. A little patience and respect on the road costs nothing, but reckless driving could cost someone their life.

Update to company reply: "We take this very seriously"... just not seriously enough to reply to my email.

Flagship fitted a new kitchen in my property. Their carpenter John’s work ethic was second to none. He worked so hard during heatwave from 8 am-5pm daily. He made sure he cleaned up at end of each day. His work was wonderful the quality of John’s work is excellent I now have a new kitchen to be proud off thanks to John’s hard work.

If flagship had more people like Dan Chamberlain doing there repairs and bathroom renovations we would all have lovely homes . He was a very polite man and he did such a efficient & great job on my bathroom & toilet upgrade. Took pride in his work and went above & beyond in his work to turn a very old bathroom and toilet into a modern day bathroom and toilet . No rush job like others I have had in my home previously. 5 stars 🌟 for Dan

Charlie is amazing. He fitted my bathroom and done an amazing job. He was very helpful, polite and always happy. He tells you exactly what he is going to do and happy to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Charlie to anyone

I'm a private tenant in a property sadly managed by Flagship. They constantly interfere even though the property is not rented through them. They've hired third party cowboys who have drilled holes through walls, damaged sofas and personal possessions. TOday they woke me drilling more holes on the external electrcit box - the clown put a metal frame in which meant the fuse box was blocked and wouldn't open - and at the same time tripped the boiler. Had to go outside the property and berate the idiot and show him that his intelligent work meant the fuse box couldn't be accessed. Who hires anyone that stupid? Flagship is dreadful and doesn't seem to care about shoddywork or upsetting tenants. They seem to be infesting more areas like Japanese Knotwood. I wish local authorities would ban them. Not had any positive experiences from them and just wish they would go away and leave me to enjoy my private property in peace.

Having a new kitchen fitted by flagship was made pleasurable by the 3 men we had fitting it..They were polite, went above & beyond, worked so hard in very high temperatures. They got the job done to perfection. We couldn’t of asked for a better team..Matthew, Rory & Brian were exceptional.
They kept us informed on what they were doing & did everything with pride..Kept everything tidy as they went along. Fitted a whole new kitchen in 4 days, that is good going..highly highly recommend these 3 guys

All be it that flagship are generally rubbish and had constant issues and disappointments with various things over past 5 years, today i had mandy and mark here re-doing my uneven sunken bathroom floor, window cill and toilet box top and i must say they were bloody amazing! They need a pay rise! They were here from 8.30 til 6.30! Hardly stopped bless them! It was stupidly hot and they just cracked on and ensured my bathroom was all done in 1 day! Seriously good workers! Very nice, talkative, helpful, kind (im disabled and mandy even went to shop up road on her break and got me some milk, with her own money i might add, as my online shop wasnt due til next day and i wanted to make them a cuppa or 2!) I cant thank her enough for that. She didnt have to and i didnt ask she just went and got some! I am so very greatful for that! Such lovely people and bloody hard workers! Both of them! Highly highly recommend both these guys! And i hope if i need any more works that they will be the ones to do it! Took time and care to make sure it was all perfect for me! Cleared up after themselves too! I honestly cant speak highly enough about them and i would like to thank both mandy and mark so very very much! I was gutted as i wanted to give them a tenna each so they could at least go get a drink to relax this evening after working so damn hard in this heat but they werent allowed to take it! They bloody deserved it really after today! Such lovely people too personally! And they put up with my woof and gave him fusses (which he lapped up!). I do hope their managers read this and praise them thoroughly! Need more people like these guys! Bloody brilliant the pair of them! And so quiet and professional too! Didnt even know you were there! Thank you mandy and mark for doing such a great job, taking such pride in your work, for being personable and friendly and for helping me when you didnt have too! Such good kind workers! Had a new kitchen fitted by Wayne. This man is a real grafter, does not stop. His work is first class and Flagship should consider themselves very lucky to employ him. The electricians and plasterers were also extremely good. I am very pleased with the work carried out. My house was left clean and tidy, I was informed throughout of what was happening. A far cry from the last work carried out in my house by TM Browne, who left my house looking like a building site.

Dan Chamberlain refitted my entire bathroom in just a day and a half. He worked so quickly and efficiently, was very pleasant and polite and respectful of my home. I am over the moon with everything, it's absolutely lovely, thank you ☺️
