Fake product

I ordered a kerastace night serum and when i used it several times , found it is strange. not only about the quality but fake appearance and when checked it more carefully, yes!! It was fake. It was just 3 euros cheeper and completely fake. It is a big shame

Scam Finger weg!!!

Be careful, Flaconi used to be honest but they have turned to be a huge scam.I recently bought products worth 447€.Flaconi did not ship goods worth over 384€ and have refused to take responsibility.
