Excellent products and service
Staff are knowledgable and helpful. Items are genuine, and they sent me the latest version of the parts i need. Thank you fixparts! Will be ordering in the future again.
For philippine customers, i suggest you make a request for a different shipping courier. From my experience, TNT Philippines charged me with 25% of the item’s value and held my package for 4 days prior to releasing it even though i settled their dues immediately. Other couriers charge around 0-12%. TNT Philippines also has slow and inefficient services.

Sorry that you feel that way. When you've made an order for the particular car part, at the moment of order we can't be sure if this car part can be ordered from the manufacturer. OEM car parts, especially for MB are taken off from manufacturing process quite often.
In your particular case, car part that you've ordered, was discontinued. We've found an MB OEM replacement part for you that is similar to what you were looking, but it was with different Part number and different price.
We've sent you an explanation and a request if you want to proceed. You've agreed.
