Warranty Support Was Disappointing

I had a frustrating experience trying to get help with a warranty issue from one of their franchise locations. I contacted customer service several times and left multiple messages, but no one responded. I only wanted the warranty to be honored, but I received no update or explanation. It is disappointing to pay for a service and then have trouble getting support when there is a warranty issue. After this experience, I would not use the company again.
