I ordered a burger today and was not very impressed it was very bland. Expect more flavour for the price. Complete joke
Awful Deliveroo meal. Really disgusting, cold chips with a nasty taste. Threw most of it away. What a waste.
this is a review for bath branch, food was ok, as i would expect for £48 but the place was filthy, food all over the floor, dirty tables both inside and outside but the worst was behind the food counter, around the area where the chips are cooked was lots of chips on the floor being walked all over the service floor, some had been there a long time, very poor food hygiene, wont ever go again.

Ordered a hot dog and a cheese toasty both with fries and a drink. Cost 30odd pounds so expected it to be good (has been at other branches). My hotdog was OK but very greasy but the cheese toasty was two slices of processed cheese in a burger bun which looked like it had been put in the deep fat fryer. It was litterally dripping fat! Left without finishing the meal and will never go yo 5guys again.

Food was very good which reflected our experience at your Hampshire branch. Cleanliness is the issue at this branch.

Honestly the most expensive and poorly made food I've had in years ! The hot dog was inedible for £8 ! , the burger greasy and tasteless with dry bacon for nearly £12 !! Chips where tasty but for the money you would of expected perfect ! The service felt rushed and nothing about it gave a sense of diner atmosphere. To top it off when I went to change our little one in the disabled/ baby change toilet I was told they had lost the radar key ages ago and if they could find the manager he could try to open it with a screwdriver!!!! Will be our last trip to 5 guys ! Walk to the other end of town and go to GBK where for the same money you get perfect food , great service and a lovely atmosphere

I went in for food with a friend and the service was so slow but I am not surprised because the general manager, I think its name was Leanne was speaking so awfully to staff. The moral seemed so low and you could feel it across the store. How a person can treat people like this in public even let alone behind closed doors baffles me. Needs a big looking into for the staffs sake. If they need a new job I know that my place is hiring and the management looks after the staff and doesn’t see them as pieces of poo on their shoe.

We went to Bath Five Guys on Mon 31st January. We had 3 cheeseburgers all in....well it was nothing like what we had before but thought they were just cutting back a bit. When we left there were people outside eating and theirs were much bigger.
For the price it all costs am not at all happy and actually wouldn't be going back.
Five Guys was our favourite place to go for a treat.
I don't know what everyone's beef is abt this place it acctually MUCH better than McDonald's! U can see that the food isn't cooked as unhealthily in the one I went in anyway! The food tasted great, constantl refills, range of toppings and I didn't try it but the milkshakes looked sooooo good
