BOGO deal for first time customer

BOGO deal, had to reach out to customer service for a shipping/refund issue - they happily helped me and I got my Redcon1 Halo a couple days later! Very happy first time customer!

ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE

Waited a week for delivery, only to check my order status as "fraudulent" I received no email or nothing to stay there was a problem with my order. If it was fraudulent why did I receive a confirmation of order. What a joke. DO NOT USE.
