Another great experience with Fitness Superstore in Northampton.
I’ve been a customer for many years and have never had a bad experience. I visited this morning to look at some additional cardio equipment for my home gym and was welcomed by Richard, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy.
He answered all my questions, and after leaving to consider my options, I contacted him later in the day to place my order. He was very quick to reply and made the whole process easy from start to finish.
Highly recommended.

Came in without any prior announcement looking for a home treadmill. Welcomed in and helped by Leon, who made things very easy indeed. That was yesterday and I now have my treadmill at home and working 24hrs later. Great service. Would recommend.

Great choice and good prices
Great choice of treadmills to try out. No pressure selling and left to try out for as long as we wanted. Hugh was very helpful - Great product knowledge and insight into the various options. Went for a life fitness model in the end to save the aging knees. Good not to be tied into apps/subscriptions etc - would rather spend the money on better engineering! Great price too - delivery, assembly and mat all in the deal - and it was the lowest in the country as I checked….
Slight hiccup on delivery - was supposed to come on a Wednesday but for some reason the delivery company changed to the Thursday. However the delivery team was great - arrived ahead of schedule and phoned in advance. They unpacked and assembled the treadmill quickly and with no mess - even though it was tipping down!
Overall a good experience and happy with the purchase - also quick responses to any queries etc.

Great service from Fitness Superstore, letdown by courier
Had a very positive experience visiting the Northampton store. Leon looked after us very well. Very accommodating and helpful. We placed an order with Leon for delivery a couple of days later but was let down terribly by the courier company. In each phone call or email with the couriers they gave a different story as to why they had been unable to deliver the product.
Whilst this experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, with the help of Lisa who invested a lot of time in the background she arranged a second Leg Press to be shipped to us on an overnight delivery. We are very happy with our product and the service provided by all at Fitness Superstore. The only reason we haven’t given five stars is because the courier experience was quite shocking.
