We went to the store in Chelmsford and from the very first step into the showroom we were impressed. The equipment was first class and then we met Ryan who provides excellent advice and demonstrations.

This is our 3rd time purchasing equipment from Fitness Superstore in Chelmsford. Every time has been a great service. This time was with James who continued our positive experience which has ensured that we will continue to return for any equipment in future.

The staff in the Chelmsford store were really helpful and provided excellent advice on the different equipment that was available

Very good store, excellent service.

Great informative sales assistant who didn’t apply any pressure to buy
Easy ordering process
Great delivery with good communication
No complaints at all

Visited Chelmsford store with my shortlist of treadmills I wanted to try out. Ryan Daly with the patience of a saint listened to me explain what I needed and what were definite no-nos. Chose the Volta VT40IT Incline Trainer, which I ordered online and was delivered the following day

James and team were super-professional, friendly and knowledgable.

I went into the store and spoke to Hugh about a specific piece of equipment, he was very polite and extremely helpful in making my decision, nothing was too much effort. Ryan was also very helpful when I called about a few measurements…once again nothing was too much trouble!
Have purchased from here for years and will continue to do so and the customer service on the whole is outstanding.

We visited the store as wanted to try out kit before buying. Staff were friendly, v helpful, informative but not pushy to buy. Ordered through store and all straightforward. Would recommend.

Professional and polite team turned up bang on the time they said they would. Set the treadmill up exactly as we wanted and were all done and demonstrated within 2 hours. Very impressed.

Ryan answered our telephone enquiry and was most helpful re stock as we were travelling a significant distance. Although we did not ask him to do so, he took the iniative of reserving the items pneding our arrival. He was on his own in the outlet but he politely and professionally managed to divide his attention between the two customers he had simultaneously. Great brand ambassador.

Easy website quick delivery

The advice from your Chelmsford store - Ryan in particular- was excellent. Balanced and knowledgeable, supporting us in the decision on which equipment to consider. We recommend them highly.

Had online chat with Ryan, very helpful. We visited the store the next day. Spoke to Ryan, he explained the equipment to us, encouraged us both to try the cross trainers. Didn't feel any pressure to buy specific brand. Happy with our purchase and delivery date/time.

Great customer service Told us all about the different exercise bikes and helped us to choose the right one for us We will be going back soon to purchase a running machine
