My Sofa’s were delivered today. There was great communication on the day of delivery. Both delivery guys were very efficient and explained the cleaning kit. Very friendly and worked fast to install the sofa’s, even during the heatwave. Definitely will be purchasing more from fishpools

Mark arrived half an hour early which…
Mark arrived half an hour early which suited me. They were very efficient and quickly assembled my furniture and took away all the packaging in the lorry.. Left the furniture where I indicated and I was all straight within half an hour of their arrival….well done.

Efficient and clean delivery
Despite the blazing heat, the lads completed a rather large and heavy delivery of 8 chairs, 4 sideboards, a table and 3 side tables. They put down carpet protectors and removed all the packaging.

Excellent service from start to finish. Quality of the purchase is great and we were kept informed of delivery timescales/dates. Darrin and his colleague carefully brought our recliners into the house and set everything up in the room of our choice.

The furniture was 6 weeks late
The furniture was 6 weeks late, and I was not informed of the delay until I contacted Fishpools, the delivery men were efficient, however when they left I discovered that they had broken one of my garden pots, disappointed that they did not let me know!
Hence the low score

Great service
Great service, from sales to the delivery crew, so from purchase through to be seated on the sofa. Just the right amount of communication, the sales guy David did a great job, not to pushy, answered all queries in a timely manner, resolved one invoicing error with minimum of fuss. When the sofa was delivered the level of protection and care was outstanding, so give the delivery guys a pat on the back too. Would recommend
