Terrible customer service all the way throughout contract, After the end of contract they continued to charge for machine and claimed I had not cancelled. After finally admitting mistake and stating that they would refund the business they then sent an e-mail 2 weeks later stating they were not refunding as they had no record of the call in which I had cancelled. The issue with no record of call was a constant issue whenever i called for anything throughout the contract.
I am using its services for 6months
I am using its services for 6months. A payment of 50000+ was processed in the first week of February. We never received that payment and on the advice of customer service we issued refund to our client. Refund was processed on 17th Of Feb and we are still waiting it to be sorted out. We never received the payment neither customer ever got the refund. I am talking to the company since Feb ,also have communicated with 3 different supervisors, nothing cleared. There is no direct number to reach risk department or collections. Supervisors do not have any authority , all they can do is send email to the risk department. I have called them more than 15 times and multiple emails have been sent along with the sales agent. I addition they cancelled our account without any notice. Please donot sign up with this company.

Unexpected Costs and Billing Issues After POS Lease
I leased POS equipment for my restaurant through First Data Global Leasing starting in 2021. In April 2025, I stopped using the equipment because the system could no longer support my operational needs. Even though I was no longer using the equipment, I continued making lease payments through the end of the term in August 2025.
After the lease ended, I requested return instructions. I was informed that prepaid shipping labels were no longer provided, meaning I would have to pay out of pocket to ship multiple devices. I was initially told I could drop the equipment off at a nearby facility, but later that option was reversed and I was required to ship everything at my own expense.
During this period, recurring payments continued because the equipment had not yet been returned. In November 2025, I agreed to a lease buyout amount of $672.20. However, withdrawals continued beyond that amount. By the time I identified the issue, I had paid approximately $802.50 in total.
When I contacted First Data Global Leasing, they agreed to stop future charges but declined to refund the excess payments, explaining that they were tied to a month-to-month lease period related to the return timeline.
From my perspective, the process placed the financial burden entirely on the customer — including ongoing charges, shipping costs, and overpayments — even after the lease term had effectively concluded. This experience reflects my personal dealings with the company so other business owners understand the importance of clarifying return policies, billing timelines, and buyout procedures before entering a lease agreement.
fees applied with no prior warning
The invoices are extremely difficult to understand and, at times, they add charges without your knowledge or notice—fees they describe as “compliance fees.” These fees are applied with no prior warning or explanation. You then have to waste your time calling them to have the charges removed. Ultimately, it feels like they are hoping you won’t notice these fees or that you’ll assume they are legitimate
Paige and Kemani Fake Personalities
Paige and Kemani can Burn In hell
Paige and Kemani Burn In hell . Horrible"Business "Ethics Paige .
Kemani At Fiserv High Risk Department. acting scary , wont respond.
They will approve accounts to turn around and terminate the same accounts. Leaving you as the client to Figure Everything out.
The Poorest Communication Altogether. Burn in hell Fiserv and all its employees . Had Multiple appointments scheduled for calls with these shitheads at fiserv which NONE were Fulfilled on their end. After rearranging my schedule multiple times. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS . Your Business is Not Valued Like they claim on the phone and generic emails . They dont have direct answers for any real questions and send you to 8 different departments for them to tell you the same bullshit. They Deactivated the terminal In the middle of a transaction.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company, My experience with Fiserv has been a nightmare. I discovered an unauthorized direct debit taken from my bank account, and I have no idea how they accessed my account details. After seeing other reviews, it's clear this is not an isolated incident. I immediately contacted my bank to reverse the transaction and block any future debits from Fiserv.
Trying to resolve this with Fiserv directly has been a complete waste of time. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. I've been unable to get through to a human being, leaving me in the dark about how my financial information was compromised. This experience has severely damaged my trust in their services and their ability to handle sensitive financial data securely.
The lack of accountability and the impossible customer service are completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be vigilant and reconsider using Fiserv's services if you want to avoid unauthorized transactions and a frustrating, unhelpful support process.
Horrible Horrible Company
Horrible horrible company. I can't emphasize this enough. I haven't used them in years and all of a sudden I got charged $120 as some new fee they're starting to charge all customers. I can't get rid of the fee. They don't answer the phone and when they answer the phone after 2 hours they continuously transfer me to different departments and all I want is to cancel my account. After numerous transfers they eventually just hang up on me. They should be out of business.
Clover almost never works properly and…
Clover almost never works properly and it's impossible to get through to technical service for help. Because of their faulty system, you spend hours and hours trying to do something that should take 1 minute.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company , they go by many names , like clover , first data equipment rental. I canceled my contract , got billed the cancelation fee , but first data which belongs to the same company still pulls money out of my account. I tried to call and no luck , because my merchant I'd number is cancelled. And the way I know them, they will totally ignore bad reviews, all they want is to scam people
Awesome service regulating a problem
I had a serious issue with one of their very dishonest agents but when I got in contact with customer service more specifically Jordan the problem was was rectified in a timely and professional manner. I truly appreciate the service I received in spite of the agents actions. Thank you Jordan and Merry Christmas to you
First Data and Clover should be closed…
First Data and Clover should be closed down for the problems they cause people, they firstly cancelled our card machine due to a outstanding payment we did not know about even though we had been a customer for 4 years. This lost us business and caused us a world of stress until we got a new card provider. And after all that 7 months later they still try to take a direct debit each month even though they cancelled our account, then they send a debt letter, we have to ring them and explain and they cancel it. We do this EVERY MONTH as they don’t have the ability to do the very basics of business. Stay away from Fiserv and Clover guys honestly.
Are there minus stars to choose from?
Are there minus stars to choose from?
This company kept charging my account from last 4 years after their account manager said he would close our account. After I found out, they refused to refund. As a big company, making millions of dollars, but taking hard money from ordinary people. That’s ashamed. May you enjoy your wealth on people’s hard earned money that was supposed to feed their little kids
This company is currently holding a…
This company is currently holding a large amount of money of ours. They are refusing to process the payment or return the funds. They are using the false cloak that its under a risk review but this is our second time processing a large transaction from the same client. We provided documents and all our clients information to verify the transaction. They released the first transaction. One week letter I emailed them and let them know we were processing another large transaction from the same client and they again put the transaction in a review. This time holding the funds for more than 11 days. They emailed ans said they were releasing the funds on September 3, 2025 but have yet to release the funds on September 8, 2025. This is affecting our business operations severely.
The Power of Donald Trump.
Sent several emails to customer service giving 30 day notice as per rolling contract. Eventually the responded saying that they could not progress request as the email address was different to the one set up 8 years previously. Requested that I send a photo of the Managing Director of the company and a formal request to amend.( God forbid how would they know what he looks like and they should know from the rolling contract that I was a sole trader). Despite this to show what a farce this was I sent a picture of Donald Trump putting his tongue out. Guess what they accepted this as evidence and amended the email address and cancelled the contract. I will let you draw your own conclusion.
Visa - dangers of dealing with them.
We signed up with Clover ( Fiserv) to process credit cards. They provided a portal that could only be used in 1 way. After a year I received a call notifying me that what we were doing was against Visa rules. We agreed to move by the end of the month,
Visa than ordered Clover to close the portal immediately . Demanded we pay £5000 for an initial investigation, with no guarantee that would be the end of it and then we were added to black list meaning we could not sign up elsewhere.
Why does Michael Lyons: CEO of Fiserv sell a product and when things go wrong - entirely due to his companies actions - expect the consumer to spend large sums on the orders of Visa.
In the real world the producer deals with faulty products.
Funds Withheld for over 18 months-no compensación- only extended opology
After 18 months of withholding my money (£6300) and contradicting their own records, Clover’s solution was to ‘extend their apology- I was told;
“We usually allocate compensation in these situations, but unfortunately it doesn’t apply to you.”
Not a refund. Not a reversal. Just an apology — extended.
If you’re a business owner, ask yourself:
Can you afford to lose thousands of pounds and be told that an apology is all you’re entitled to?
Can't order groceries because of Fiserv.
I'm currently stuck with a temporary virtual debit card. My bank doesn't allow members to set a PIN with a virtual card. Fiserv hasn't considered customers like me. I can't order my groceries because of Fiserv.
