Customer friendly

Michelle helped us to open our daughters first bank account, she made it easy and comfortable the process, safety set up access securely on her phone too, the medium these teenagers constantly use. She explained different accounts usage by her experience. She is very knowledgeable which helped my daughter immensely.

Great staff

Great staff! On every call to FT I have been encouraged to look into FT's various programs that might be of help to me. It goes without saying that these programs or services were explained in a manner to be helpful, not to give me a "hard sell." It also goes without saying that each person , when called, gave me the help that I needed.

Your new Tanasbourne location is too…

Your new Tanasbourne location is too small. I suppose you’re saving money but the old stand alone building had a big lobby where there was room for everyone to stand in line. Now people are queued up out the door.

Everything you tell me is incorrect

I provided the information to set up my new login and your system rejected it. Everything 1st Tech has told me to do since I was hacked and all my accounts were closed has been wrong.

Great Customer Service

I visited the new Tanasbourne. branch and it is very nice. I met with Jose and he was able to answer my list of questions. Always great customer service and friendly as well. I recommend this bank its great!

Hashim reached out proactively with some options help my wife and I by recommending a few options relative to our accounts. He was professional and extremely helpful. I have been a First Tech customer for going on 30+ years and the support is and always has been fantastic.

Call for help when you're in trouble!!

I was ready to pull my hair out, but the lady I spoke with was very, very patient and helpful. I'm 82 years old and actually worked with computers until I retired. However, everything just seems to get harder and harder. Please thank her for me.
