AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!
Every statue I've purchased gets better and better. I have many statues but the one I most pride myself in is Sif The Great Grey Wolf Exc Edition. My most recent delivery was LOHB EXC and it is truly a beautiful work of art. The detail in every statue is immaculate and I LOVE showing them off :)

Professional Masterpieces
Currently own 5 F4F masterpieces with 1 more on the way. Each and everyone has been a wow moment upon unboxing. The craftsmanship is top tier and well worth the cost. You won't be disappointed once you receive it. It does take a long time to receive them as they slowboat them from over seas but worth the wait :)

Great communication
Throughout the whole process of buying and receiving Link on Horseback, f4f kept me up to date with what was happening for production, payments, and shipping.
I was originally on a payment plan, but before Christmas the notified me that if I wanted to be part of the first shipment early in 2023, I would need to pay outright. Otherwise i would need to wait for the second batch which was late in the year. They didn't need to tell me, but they were courteous enough to do so. I have a very low production number and am already enjoying the statue thanks to their service.

Pre orders are very easy to do and the paymend is not a problem too, the platform helps telling you when the paid is going to be made. The figure is always send to where you live and they keep you very well informed about the shipping process

PVC and resin newbie, but very happy customer
I’m relatively new to Figure purchases, but thus far my experience on the site has been pretty great.
I think some of the layout could definitely use an update; things can be tricky to find, and it’s not always intuitive. Typically once I know where the main things are it flows pretty well though.
The customer service has been great. Aside from a little delay getting a response a couple times (things happen, it’s fine) I never had a bad experience. The people were polite and professional, offered help in a way I wasn’t expecting on one occasion, and never seemed irritated that they had to help. That last part seems like it should go without saying but we’ve all had experiences where customer service acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for help. How dare we lol
The figures themselves are top notch for the price. There are of course higher end distributors out there but for what I’ve paid for the figures I have, I can’t complain.

From my experience, their PVC figures are incredible and affordable. The level of detail is really nice.

Amazingly well packed item, even with the shipping box having dings and holes upon arrival, the box inside was perfectly intact. The packaging Sonic was in was secure and flawless. Excellent product, amazing detail, so happy.
