The delivery company has three times…
The delivery company has three times said they have tried to deliver our parcel but yet no sign of them what so ever on our ring door bell, we stayed in for one of the days as we rescheduled delivery, yet again they didn’t arrive but said they had, with no answer.
Very disappointing for such a large delivery company.

While most of our orders are delivered the next working day, unfortunately, all couriers do encounter problems sometimes. Having looked into your order, it seems no one was available to accept the delivery on the first attempt and then the following attempts were to the wrong address.
We always ask that customers let us know when they have issues with their delivery. Not only because we know your time is too precious to be spent liaising with couriers, but also because we can escalate problems or even resend your items with a different company so you get the items you ordered while we resolve the issue.
