Bought an expensive large grab bag of this brand just before covid. Used it twice - once for a wedding, once for a graduation. Went to use it again after having stored it in a dry ambient wardrobe for this time and the thing has disintegrated. Contacted Fiorelli - they don't want to know at all, as it was bought in a department store (Debenhams, now closed) and received a very unprofessional response from them. Will never touch this brand again. If the item had been real leather, it would not have disintegrated like this. This is advertised as a premium PU leather brand.
Returns useless via dhl you order from this company…
Before you order from this company checkout the dhl sites they use to return items. I have just done a 20 mile round trip only to find the dhl site wasn’t open despite saying it was open on the web. I am furious and will never order from them again.

I bought a replacement backpack when my original Fiorelli bag which actually lasted a number of years finally gave up. This replacement has actually been used less than a year and the zip has given up. This was not due to wear & tear but Fiorelli Customer Service do not offer a guarantee and apparently only do faulty returns within 6 months. This was not a cheap backpack and now it is useless.
I see that others have had similar experiences so I would suggest you avoid buying Fiorelli bags as they obviously don't care about quality just money.

Absolutely a terrible company and experience. They false advertise products. I order a watch ( supposed to be a Seiko, but is a Certto??? ) . I never received the order the first time. The tracking company (17Track) shows the package being delivered somewhere and left at the front desk or reception area. What the hell, I am an individual. I requested a second delivery of my and this time it supposedly was rejected by and the sent to Elk Village, Illinois. I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After several inquiries, I have no item and no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Got in touch with customer services and replied quite quickly and issued a free replacement which was sorted out straight away so definitely a 5 for service and responses

So disappointed with this company. My daughter bought a bag online and the strap came away from the bag, the stitching just came undone. I’ve emailed 3 times but had zero response. I wouldn’t recommend buying their products as if they’re faulty they do nothing.

Bought a bag from their Outlet, which arrived quickly by DHL. Well packaged, but the black bag was covered in white marks, which could have been water. I immediately took pictures and contacted Fiorelli by email.
No reply. Not even an acknowledgement. Sent again with the same lack of response. Managed to find a phone number and r=tried calling, but just got a message asking me to email.
Website says there is a Live Chat facility, but I can't find it.
Tried contacting via their FB page, which was also full of complaints from unhappy customers.
I started to initiate a return for a refund, but couldn't print the return label. Additionally it requires that the return is taken to a DHL depot, which I can't access. No facility to have the package collected.Many customers saying that, despite returning items and giving tracking details, they haven't received any refund, so I may just make a claim via my bank

I ordered a bag on the 12th September with a 2-3 day express delivery - it’s now 30th September and I still haven’t received it!! I have sent 2 emails and sent a message through Facebook asking for an update but apart from an automated standard reply I have heard nothing from them but they had the audacity to take the money from my bank account on the 15th September. I won’t be buying any more of their products 😡

Terrible company. Don't honour you. Don't send products in time. Don't respond to emails. I'd never shop from them again. First time buying directly from them. Bought so many things in different shops. First time buying direct from the company and they've just lost a customer.

I ordered a bag from them and the zip broke and stitching came apart at the straps the second time I used it. I emailed them for an exchange or refund. Never heard back. I went ahead and created a return which gave me a DHL return barcode. Printed it and took it to the drop off place. It wouldn’t recognise it as a valid barcode. Emailed them and DHL and never heard back. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve emailed multiple times and received nothing. Do not order from this company. It’s a scam.
Well Florelli have done it again
Well Florelli have done it again, I sent a bag back in August 13th via post office, have proof of posting and time and date they received the bag back.
I have emailed them numerous times, sent photo of proof of posting and the tracking to say what time and date they had it back. Which was the 15th August at around 12 o clock, And still nothing. Have rang the number for London with no one answering the calls? It’s just atrocious the way they treat customers. Will never buy from them again
