Firstly they made me go to a face to face interview when it was supposed to be online. I drove all the way to Limassol just to do the interview from my Car.

Phishing for your CV, they do not really know what their job is.
This company provides services in other countries too, i have been contacted by 10 different employees from this company for 10 different job opportunities during the past year, they never sent a reply afer i sent my CV (which is a very vast and impressive one) and each time i saw the jobs advertised again one week later by another employee. They just pass job openings from one employee to another one to gather CVs and i doubt they reach to the actual companies hiring. All the time the conversation is done by phone so the candidate does not have an actual proof his CV has been sent and they only send a representation email each and every time to authorise them to share your CV but never a reply of follow up after. Also they advertise way higher salaries than what the actual hiring company gave them as budget.
