Customer Service

I have to write a review for Alyssa at customer service. Finish Line have definitely improved there custom service.

My package got lost I’ve been a solid customer for years they sent me a refund and my status reward back with a couple of emails and no hassle so I have to leave 5 stars.

I was so stressed out trying to track this package and didn’t think they would be so helpful Thankyou!

I bought a pair of shoes online that I never received after reaching out to the merchant they assured me another pair would be sent out. A week later I received an email stating the order was cancelled and I’d be receiving a refund in 5-7days. A week went by no refund so I called customer service, they then told me they issued a refund. Waited another week still nothing so here we are 6-7 weeks later no shoes no refund. I reach out by email to try an get it resolved. I receive an email back stating that I would not be receiving a refund due to too many claims of not receiving merchandise this is the kicker, I HAVE NEVER ORDERED WITH THE MERCHANT BEFORE literally never that was my very first time. I send a reply requesting proof for they are stating I still haven’t heard back. They literally stole my money and lied I WILL NEVER SHOP WITHE AGAIN. I don’t even know what else I can do I opened a dispute with my bank I still have yet to hear a result for that. I really can’t believe they can just steal your money like that and lie about previous orders with zero proof.

Received wrong shoe and size then cancelled my order

This is the first time I have gone out my way to write a review
Extremely terrible experience. I received the wrong style shoe and size. They sent me a label to return the wrong shoe and size and said that the original shoe I ordered is available and will be shipped out right away. The wrong shoe arrived to Finish line so I inquired about my original order. I get an email that it's in process then another email one minute later my order had to be CANCELLED! I call customer service and they tell me they no longer have the shoe or size and will issue a refund. I don't want a refund I want that original order I paid for. They kept telling me no. I couldn't even exchange for another size. They could not replace my order at all!! I go on the site to see if the same shoe and size is no longer available. It's available in every size except for size 3.5 i kids so what's the problem? Never doing business with Finish Line online system again
The worst experience ever. They offered me $20 off on my next purchase to use in 30 days. I don't even want to order anything especially if I get the wrong shoe again.

Never ordering from finish line ever again and neither should you.

Ordered a pair of shoes but they got lost in the shipping process. Understandable, that stuff happens with how much online shopping goes on nowadays. I contact finish lines customer care and get hung up on 3 TIMES after being on hold for 20-40 minutes each time. I was furious. I decide to try and contact their twitter customer care account and they were helpful. Now about 10 days later, they still haven’t processed or shipped my next pair of shoes. I keep in touch and they first say it’ll be rushed shipping and be there before the end of the week(that didn’t happen), and then they say it’ll take 4-6 business days, and now it’s 5-7 business days(it’s been well over 2 weeks). They gotta switch up their numbers for what exactly?! I’m NEVER EVER ordering from Finish Line again. Would rate 0 star if I could

Bought $172.00 Adidas sneakers as a gift 7 days later when we gave the gift they noticed that the shoe was separating and we brought it back to Finish line for a exchange or money back got neither as they stated that they can only except shoes that are not worn and can not accept a manufactures defect, they refused the return. called Adidas and was told that Finish Line is "NOT" authorized to sell their product but because the company is out of Germany there is nothing they can do to stop them. Adidas will only refund if the place you bought it is authorized, I'm lucky if I get a voucher. the Manager at the Finish Line Store was rude and did not care told me not his problem do what you need to do. This company Finish Line is the worse look at all the negative reviews on line. they also have one of the worst Better Business Bureau ratings there is. Adidas told me Finish Line is the number one complaints they get from people.

Easily the most ignorant employees and…

Easily the most ignorant employees and company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered the Georgetown Retro 6’s on release day (9/3).. Order processed, payment went through. I also paid an additional $50 for rush shipping.The next day, they sent a tracking number. The label had been created. Says it will be delivered 9/8.. So on 9/6, I noticed that it was still saying waiting for carrier pick up.. Ridiculous. So I called to check. I was advised by a FinishLine rep that although UPS says it’s waiting for pick up, she could “see” that’s it will still be delivered on 9/8. A lie… So on 9/8, nothing came. I call back to customer service only to be told that the shoe was sold out. How TF did a shoe sell out that I paid for and someone advised me was shipped? I could have went somewhere else and got the shoe before us sold out everywhere. After listening to mentally challenged reps for an hour, I advised to just give me my MF money back. The next day, they email me a return shipping label… You have the be kidding me?!?!? Return what????? You guys are ridiculous . Also, stop outsourcing customer service to Pakistan, which causes even more confusion on the phone. Never again shopping with FinishLies…

I ordered a pair of Jordans

I ordered a pair of Jordans. They sent two mismatched shoes in the box. They were different colors and different styles. The stores wouldn’t accept them because they were different so I shipped them back. 2 weeks later the same shoes arrived back at my house with a letter saying “we’re unable to process the return, as the item being returned is not on the order” Well duh Finish Line!!! You sent me the wrong shoes!! You didn’t send me what I paid for!!! Now you won’t accept them back??? Give me my money back!!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I’ve ordered from Finish Line several times before. However I’m extremely disappointed with my most recent purchase. I bought some all white vans for my son and they had a huge stain on the heel as if someone with a dirty heel tried them on and it was shipped to me afterwards. I’m extremely irritated because he needs the shoes to wear for an upcoming family event and now I have to try to return them and hope they have the size in the store.

Unorganized, long wait, no info on status but processing

Been on hold for hours 3 days in a row they canceled my order without calling me paid extra for expidided shipping then reordered since they said my card info did not match zip. Worked on all my i there purchases so I did it again expired so my daughter will have shoes on the second day now order still processing for 2 day . I just want to cance estimated wait time 47 mins I have a screen shot of 4 hours 11 mins and counting. Horrible customer service horrible organization I will no longer buy at finish line anymore I’ve been shopping for over 15 20 years but time I go to a mom and pop that care don’t mind spending the extra money cause my time is worth more than 200 for 3 days.

The main issue is epid ship 3 days ago I paid for 2 days suppose to get it Tuesday now looking at Friday why can I just get a full refund .

Bad Business Finish Line… Boarder line Scam

I’ve written a previous review and here I am again as my experience with Finish line continues to worsen. Please check out my previous trust pilot review to catch up… Long story short, I ordered $152 Nike Air Max and received $30 childrens Champions slides. I was told to return the incorrect product in order to receive what I actually paid for so I did. (Which makes no sense… I paid $152 but can’t get my product until I send back shoes worth $30… bad business move) Once I returned the incorrect shoes Finishline canceled my order due to no stock but now refuses to refund my money. I paid using Afterpay so the biweekly payments are still coming out of my account. I have called Finish line everyday for the past two weeks and all I get is the rep promising to call me back. We are in the midst of inflation and a recession and this company refuses to refund money for a product that they never provided. I haven’t bought myself a pair of sneakers in years… all I wanted to do was look nice 😔 BAD BUSINESS‼️

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I ordered a pair of sneakers on line and needed to exchange for size only. I asked for a credit for the re-order shipping fee of $8...as other stores gladly do this to accommodate their customers for a size exchange. It took much convincing for this "one time courtesy". Originally they wanted to give me a $10 coupon for future use....After much discussion they finally accommodated the credit for shipping and I will not be purchasing from this company again...especially not online. $16 total for shipping would have been ridiculous to pay for $60 sneakers. No...way.

Ordered two pairs of slides, pair of shorts, and the new Trae Young basketball shoes. All of my items shipped individually and were delayed. FINALLY got my basketball shoes that were the most important part of the order..sent me a full size and a half lower than what I ordered. All of my other items have been stopped and the tracking hasn't updated in two days. I'm now being told (through forums and Q&A's, because it's impossible to talk to an actual person) that I have to ship the shoes back...wait for them to receive them...check them for damages...issue me a refund....wait for my bank to receive that refund...THEN I just have to reorder the same shoes I already bought a month later and hope they actually get it right this time?? How on Earth is that how this place operates?Don't shop here, they don't want you to, they just want to take your money and throw garbage in boxes that you didn't order and ship it to you.

Don't order from this place!

Don't order from this place!! They do not care about their customers only the money!! I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter and received a USED, stinking dirty old worn pair of shoes!! Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour til I decided to hang up. Then decided to just take back to store where they refunded me only the cost of shoe and tax and not the shipping I paid!! Are you Serious!! Was told to take to store for quicker refund but what they don't tell you is you want get the shipping back so just another way for them to keep your money!!

Advertised shoes for 55.00

Yesterday I tried to order 3 pair of air max 97 Women shoes they were advertised for 55.00 so I took a screen shot and called my local store manager so she could see that the shoes were being advertised for 55.00 but ringing up for over 100.00 she saw it so I asked her name. I called customer service they would not honor the price but offered to give me a a credit of about 50.00 I turned it down because I was also ordering my granddaughter a pair and my sister. I had a cart with many items I will not be getting none of those items either

Where is the zero rating. I’ve been sitting on hold for over an hour.. ordered a pair of jordans for my son and when I got the package there is one ******* shoe in the box ! I’m on here looking at reviews and I see nothing positive about this place or their customer service! How are you guys even in business still?!
