I ordered a product from this website almost a month ago and never received any confirmation, shipping info, etc. Shipping takes around 15-20 days and it has exceeded that. I emailed and am still awaiting a response.
Even 1 star is too much for this online shop! I made my order before 2 months and didn’t receive it!!!! I texted lots of emails but they just told me that they will ship it…They didn’t ship my order anyways! And also didn’t send my money back!!!!
I placed an order on FineWiki.com to Israel over a month ago, paid in full, and I have still not received anything.
The site does not respond to emails or messages, and there is no valid tracking information. This is a typical scam — they take your money and disappear.
Do NOT buy from this site. Use trusted platforms with verified reviews. I will be filing a chargeback and reporting them to consumer protection authorities.
Ordered through their website. Shipping was quite alright as it comes from China. (10-15 days)
BUT apart from that, everything about this experience was bad. They shipped the wrong order and when contacting their support, their only solutions were giving a refund worth less than 50% of the order value to either as credit on their website or to my payment form.
Never buying again and surely won’t recommend anyone else.
