Ordered caps, never got them. Big scam don’t buy.

Do not trust this company. LUMI is also involved. I thought I was purchasing a "TAILEDEN 12000W Thermal Snow Blower" indicating it had head. This is the exact name as advertised. What I got was a "Mini Jet Fan" (not thermal at all). I sent pictures of everything and they still refused to refund my money and wanted me to pay return postage. I told them they are falsely advertising one item and sending a different one. I paid extra for quick ship which did not happen either. It took 3 weeks to get when it was supposed to be 10-15 days.

This is a scam and the advertisements should be taken down by apple as it appears on their news feed and on the apple devices, apple iPhone and iPad .
They should rate as a negative 10 as these people are stealing money from the public.
The items ordered were gifts and only good for the bin.

Item received looked like a super cheap knock off from what was advertised. It took over a month to receive the items in the first place. The website said 90-day full refund if not satisfied. Customer service sucked. Said they would refund 30% of money instead. When I emailed them back, I get nothing but MAILER-DAEMON email delivery errors. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered two blouses two months ago. They appear to be a scam, they moved the delivery date several times and sent fake customer service emails pleading their case but now are no longer responding.

Warning to anyone that is tempted to purchase something from them, you will lose your money

Bought a cap...complete junk. Hat in ad was clearly leather & this hat is not and super cheap.

The product we recieved was not quilted , it was of a bee but the bag had no quilting very disappointing , unfortunately it was a present and had to give ,

I would really like to give a rating less than 1. This company is a complete scam. The items I received bore no resemblance to the picture of what I ordered. In fact, it looked like a child made it complete with glue smeared all over. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I thought the tree decoration I was buying look stunning 3d forest characters in Acton’s but they are flat pieces of plastic. $10 each and now £4.99 for six on a reliable site. Brought four so totally ripped off.

Giving this company one star is far too good. They are atrocious. I ordered a couple of tree decorations which looked gorgeous in the picture. When they arrived they were just flat pieces of Perspex. Nothing like the picture at all. I have been trying to get a refund but they keep coming up with obstacles like it will cost me $20 to send them back and I would have to wait around a month for the refund to appear in my bank.
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PICTURES ONLINE ARE VERY MISLEADING. TERRIBLE WEB COMPANY.

I did it again...ordered from a scam company. I've waited 3 weeks for delivery, Now I read the reviews and realize I either won't get it or I will get junk!

Their website states guaranteed returns and re-embursement if you are dissatisfied with the product sent. I asked for my money back and to return the item but this has been denied - BUYERS BEWARE

The so called glass Christmas ornaments ordered turned out to be plastic discs with a cheap version of the ornament applied to it.
The so called "Yellowstone" jacket was made out of the cheapest material possible and did not even come close to resembling the one in their ads.
this company is a bunch of fraudsters and thieves. yet the US government will do NOTHING to put them out of business. Save your money, because you will never get your money back from these crooks.

Whoever is behind this company is being deliberately misleading about their terrible product. I will be wary of anything coming out of China again. They don’t care about quality and honesty - only about scamming others for a quick buck. It must be a hellish place to live, where exploitation of others is the norm.

I’d give no stars if it were possible. I feel so foolish to have not checked reviews. I was totally conned by the picture that made it look 3D. It’s a flat bit of plastic with the picture stuck very badly on it. How Facebook allows them to advertise is beyond me.

I bought one of the commemorative pens and it is complete junk, plastic with stick-ons and does not look like any thing in the photograph advertisement. Do not purchase anything from this company

Worst clothing ever received.
Don't buy or use this company.
Product not as advertised, atrocious quality.
Don't get mis-sold and lose money.

Typical Chinese. Beautiful animal baubles turned out to be flat plastic discs. Hope you lot paid by PayPal.
We did and went straight on their site, filled in all relevant returns information, pressed I would return and was given an immediate refund. Not only did I get all money back for the crap they sent but asked and got the insurance and delivery money back too. I feel sorry for anyone who paid with their bank card, they’re thieves and scammers. Oh I won’t we wasting my time returning them either.
