The Fine Bedding Company Reviews 

On 15 June, I ordered from this business a Spundown Mattress Enhancer, largely because it could be machine-washed at 60 degrees. Upon receipt of the item, I duly washed it. The result is that some stitching in two areas running across the bedding has come loose, leaving stitching holes and the likelihood that the stitching will unravel further. I certainly would not want to risk washing this product again. The quality and robustness of this product is therefore suspect and it is clearly faulty and not fit for purpose. It was impossible to get hold of anyone in customer service by phone. Indeed, any after-service seems remote and unattainable. I did use their messaging feature to explain what had happened and suggest that returning it was pointless as it was only fit for landfill. They took this as an acceptance on my part that I was happy to accept their sub-standard product and it required no further action on their part, not even bothering to deal with the issues I raised. They subsequently sent me a survey request for my feedback on the ‘help Sophie had given me’. Who is Sophie? What help did she give me? Their earlier follow-up message requesting more information from me was hidden behind a cloak of anonymity. I have belatedly emailed their customer services for a return label so that they can dispose of the Spundown Mattress Protector themselves.

It was not a great experience the pillows were too soft not extra firm as they should have been!!!

Love the night lark duvets!
I had a couple of Night Owl duvets a few years ago that have really lasted well so was looking for a new one in a different colour for the spare room. Bought a 4.5 tog in a linen colour and honestly it’s so nice. I’ve washed it in my 9kg machine and it dries quickly too. I think with a blackest it’ll be great for the cooler nights as well as summer. Packaged well, deliver quickly.
