I've used Find my Supplies for years…
I've used Find my Supplies for years now and find their ink cartridges prices very competitive. Unfortunately my recent order arrived with the package damaged and part of my order missing. This obviously happened by careless handling during transit. I reported this to Francine who speedily rectified the problem and sent me a replacement without delay. Their customer service is very efficient.

I use FMS for all of my printer cartridge and printing paper needs. They are reasonably priced and rapidly despatched. Unusually, I could not log in to my account. Initially the FMS Customer Service team could not resolve it. After a further exchange they did and told me that they had made an error. This is unusual but welcome from a trusted supplier.

Geography
I ordered my ink cartridge on April 21st and 10 days later am still waiting for it. You used to be so quick and efficient. I don't expect items to be delivered at the speed of light, but 10 days is too long to wait. A helpful Customer Service Adviser responded to my request for help on 29th April and took additional directions to my house, but nothing has turned up yet. It is in a town street with only 10 houses in that postcode, not a remote rural location, though it has a name and not a number. This is the first time I am aware that a courier has had trouble finding it.
