New name, same scam as findmymanual.com
Charge me $1.99 for my manual, sent me the pdf version of the wrong manual. While I went back and forth several times about THEIR error, the 3-Day "Free Trial Period" expired and they billed me for $39.99 for an automatically renewing subscription. They deserve 1 star only because after several hours of chat with them they refunded ALL my money (otherwise I would rather give them a zero, if that was possible). The money is back in my bank, but I hope it really unsubscribed, because they blocked me from their website and I'm not sure how I could contact them (they do not provide an email or phone number).
