We found the Instruction leaflets difficult to follow. After not receiving a reply from you asking for assistance I asked our friend, who already had a feeder with the cage, and he very kindly constructed it for us - with some difficulty. We now cannot remove the cage as the top screw ( connecting cage to the feeder ) is immovable and the feeder section won't release the one attached in order the clean and replace with fresh one. All in all rather disappointed with rather hungrey birds.

I ordered the version with a cage. It's very heavy. It doesn't have a pole mount. I bought a pole to hang it from and put it next to the existing conventional hanging feeder and left it until the old feeder was empty. Until I took the bottom off the cage, the birds couldn't (or wouldn't) bother with it. In the recent rain storms, probably because it was windy, the seed in the tray got soaked and had to be thrown away as it would have been a source of infection. As far as I am concerned the jury is out on this. The tits have found the food but other birds are taking their time and guess what? No finches!

Had a slight issue with one of our existing feeders. Made contact and got a very quick response to resolve the problem. Grateful for the help.

I have replaced all my feeders with Finches Friends as they are easy to clean and the small birds soon get the hang of them - even the robins use them now.

I really like the concept of this bird feeder. It feels very robust, good quality, easy to use and It wasn't long before the tits discovered it. I brought no.1 and it holds a lot of feed. When the spare feeder part wasn't included, it was quickly despatched, no quibble.

Easy to use website, quick delivery. Good feeders that seem sturdy and keep seed/suet dry. I have a CF2 & CPF for suet. Will have to have them a lot longer to see if they stay the distance. Fairly expensive and not the easiest things to change, (the removable feeding tray). Also they didn't reply to a question I asked.

The bird feeder arrived damaged a week ago. I emailed them with photos immediately after it was delivered requesting a replacement. I have received no response of any kind despite sending a follow-up email. This is not the service I expect from any online retailer let alone one selling such expensive products.

Recently bought the new peanut feeder. It has been a resounding success - far superior to our old mesh feeder in terms of the number of birds visiting and also keeing peanut dry.

Feeders arrived quickly. Instructions very clear.
Delighted with the 2 feeders. The birds absolutely love them!
