The loan officer was great to work with. Answered all questions in a timely manner and got through the process so quickly

Communication was excellent throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly and there was plenty of paperwork that was easy to understand. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The entire process was handled professionally and surprisingly quick.

The two Joel and Kaylene were both with me every step of the way when I didn’t understand something they were willing to clarify it. I have never been able to talk to anyone like I did with them.

Our loan officer changed right at the end claims he left for other opportunities. The replacement, Kiera, was curt and abrupt. She offered NOTHING like what we had been told. "Well, I
am sorry" was her response. This changed everything we had been led to plan for and we are left assuming this company does not know what they are doing. Our advice is to avoid dealings with them.

We researched many mortgage companies for a reverse mortgage. We contacted Finance of America after our research and decided on them. We contacted them and decided to proceed, The entire process was completed in 30 days. With the help of Michael and John along with their underwriter Sarah the process was seamless. I would highly recommend FIA.

Good product. Carla brought us an opportunity that made sense for us. Great service. She was patient and present throughout the application process, and provided really meaningful assistance to us by adding Heather to help support us. A lot of extra work there. I don't think we could have done it without her. And she was so calming and pleasant.
