Awful experience, first account given had no points, plus a credit card was on the account which was under someone elses name, a bit concerning to say the least, the second account we couldn't access. Live chat was useless, kept saying undergoing maintenance etc. Complained to paypal and they awarded in fifavip's favour, unbelievable. If only paypal knew of all the complaints. £30 lost. In one of their emails they said they would blacklist me if I escalated it through paypal.
