I ordered a shirt for my employee. 10 mins after the order I was informed that the address was not correct. I wrote Fifa to change the address but they said, it's not possible. So of course the package was sent to an address where it will never arrive. Surprise Surprise. Now the package has been on it's way for 1 month and I have never received a refund. I wrote Fifa 10 times and always get a generic answer that doesn't make sense. I lost 110 EUR for nothing.
