Mark is an incredible host. Not only is he warm and friendly to his guests, but extremely organized, efficient, and creative. He offers such wonderful personal service. He is there with you as you find your balcony and watch the running of the bulls. He hosts a wonderful dinner and fireworks watching evening the night before the run, which is such fun. This was our family's favorite trip, thanks to Mark and Festival Pros.

I used Festival Pros in 2016 to Run with the Bulls in Pamplona. They were fantastic and it was the best experience of my life. When there was an issue on an event that was NOT the responsibility of Festival Pros I got an immediate refund from Mark (the owner) in cash that very same night. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

Using Festival Pros for my first running of the bulls experience was a great decision. My friends and I chose to watch the first day’s festivities from a balcony that was arranged through the company then took a tour of the running route that afternoon. The tour of the route and the tour guide gave us invaluable advice that I truly believe saved us from injury when we ran with the bulls the following day. Would highly recdomend this company if you are going for your first time or if you would simply like a great view of the festival from one of the local balconies.

This was a dream of a lifetime come true - an item on my bucket list. Best seat in the house for viewing the Running of the Bulls - Dead Man's Curve . Great seats for the Bull fight. The dinner and the fire works were overwhelming and over the top. Thanks for a great time! All the people we talked to from Festival Pros were very helpful. We even saw Mark R.in the streets of Pamplona and he took 10 minutes to talk with us, Very professional company. I enjoyed the emails he sent to inform us of activities before we left for Europe. It was a perfect stop on my wife's and my Eurail trip of 2 months. OLE!!! BRAVO!!!

I booked my entire trip on my own and did not find Festival pros till all was said and done. Once I called the company and spoke to Mark he was able to help me with booking other things and get me tickets to the bullfights.
Mark was a huge help and with him I booked a wine tour, bull fight ranch tour and a few balconies. I plan on going again to Pamplona and I will be booking it all through Mark.

Great Service. Very friendly and helpful staff. The tour through the actual street where the Encierro takes place was superb. I was able to be less frightened during the Encierro next day. I will go back!!!
