I have to say the backpack I received the leather is premium quality, the craftsmanship is absolutely high quality, the zipper the brass accessories/ attachments everything about this backpack is awesome.
Very happy with this company. Shipping does take a little bit but that's to be expected from where it's shipping and patience pays off. This company is awesome, good communication, they definitely deserve Five Star. I'm sorry others may have had experiences they weren't happy with but maybe they're expectations were too high. Give this company a chance, I am absolutely 100% satisfied and would not leave a good review if I was not satisfied. Give this company a chance they're pretty awesome.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a pair of jeans and they advertise that you can return items with no problem. The jeans didn’t fit and I have emailed them several times to start a return. No response whatsoever from them!!! Do NOT order from this company…I should have known better to order from a company I’ve never heard of! I believe I’ve been scammed!!!!

They ship from China and advertise they have a return policy when they don’t. After trying to return a $200 bag I was offered $25 back to just keep it because shipping would be outrageous.

I purchased 2 sweaters.. it has been almost a month and nothing.. no email.. no way to track… so no Christmas present for my daughter!!!! 😠

Merchandise comes from overseas, takes long time to receive. Items are cheap.
Poor customer service. Thru state they will take a return but when I tried they gave me many reasons(too expensive to ship back) why they could refund my item. Items look good on models and pics, but I would PASS on buying.

Same as other reviews! Don’t order from here! Ordered a “denim” dress. It was shirt material and very thin, poor quality. When I asked for a refund the same day I received it, despite their site stating they would give a full refund, they reached out and only offered a 30% refund. I’ve reported them to the FTC, you should too!

Bought a dress from "femmefineryshop" and received it timely. Ordered small and was way too big on me. Contacted them for a refund as they didn't have a smaller size. The colour was much darker than the pictures on display. Their refund policy was to contact them for the return address. I contacted them and was asked if I would take a 50% refund and keep the dress. I said no thank you and would happily return it by mail. Then received a message saying they would give me a 65% refund. I replied NO, please send me the return mail details as per their "easy return policy 1,2,3". I have not heard from them since and my messages have been blocked.

I placed an order for a backpack for my daughter. The look & quality were great, but when it arrived, one of the snaps was broken, so I reached out for a replacement. The Customer Service team was great and sent the replacement quickly. They stood behind the product and my daughter absolutely loves the backpack.

Website states can return or exchange , lies. What I ordered smelled like mildew . Was NOT as pictured . I attempted to start return process and was asked to like the item and they would then refund me $ 10. I guess shane on me for not realizing this was coming from China.

Hi, I had to amend my review because eventually I did receive the handbag I ordered and it looks really nice. Not sure if it is a real leather and the color is brown red not just burgundy but it looks quite nice.

What I ordered and what I received were two completely different things. I have reached out several times to return the item and have not heard back. You have to jump through hoops to return something. Awful. Will never shop here again. Do not do it

The usable compartments were way beyond my expectations. So far this Hand Luggage bag has Been around the World twice and it’s about to embark on another trip. I bought aI bought a dollar perfume. Next thing you know I'm getting charged $34 for a membership. I didn't ask for this membership. I would like my $34 back. And the dollar perfume was awful.

Absolutely shocking ordered 2 items back on 1st May only to have 1 item cancelled after 2 days. The other item has still not arrived now September! I have chased numerous times. The first time I received a reply to say my order would be here soon. Since then nothing! I have requested a refund twice but had no refund nor reply. Basically they have taken my money and provided no service or product is that not theft? I would never ever order from this company again!

Like everyone else - I bought 2 dresses which I didn't like. The return policy (copied from their website) states "returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. Please CONTACT US within 7 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process". I did all that and they first offered an exchange for one, then offered 30% refund and then ghosted me entirely.
I did use PayPal and will reach out to see if I can get refunded that way.
Hugely disappointing.

Update - when I pointed out (cut and pasted) their return policy, they offered me 50% refund in response. PayPal refunded me entirely which is great but still doesn't address the false promise of 'full refund'.

I wish I could choose zero stars. This website is completely fraudulent. I think it's based out of a guys apartment in Wuhan China. They will take your money ans send you cheap, ill-fitting, dollar store clothing from a fraudulent NY address. And if you try to return it, they will NEVER reimburse your money. I went back and forth with the owner. He agreed to reimburse me 70% and then ghosted me

Bought three dresses. Two were subpar and not like picture. Tried to return, but they wouldn’t take it back and explained they wouldn’t return my full funds, but would refund 60%.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful A line maxi dress. I received a terrible material worst than a Mimi piece of fabric. Please do not waste your money on this false advertising. What you see advertised is NOT what you will get. I am burned and truly won’t be able to trust these fake websites anymore.

Clothes are not what they show online. It's crap material. They refuse to get back to you. No returns unless you have an authorization, so basically, no returns. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

If you want to buy any thing do it with PAYPAL because in other way you dont get the money back. THE CLOTH material is horrible and cheap !!!!
