Placed an order for some of the pigmentation control they so call can control
I had previously order some time ago a cream for the body, which was not that good.
I don’t not know why I fell for a second try.
It is almost two months since my order, and they still send me emails saying “my order is in track…” BS
No respect to my complains and request to cancel such order.
I advice not to buy from this firm
Quality is doubtful and seriousness absolutely absent.

First of all there is no phone number to speak to a human. You email them and the response looks like it's replied by AI. I was charged over a month go, Still No Delivery. They sent a fake tracking number for USPS. I don't know if this company is real.
Their email promised delivery within 7 business days, yet there’s been no shipment. I’ve complained repeatedly with no real resolution.
Being charged upfront and not receiving the product as promised is not fair to customers. I expect either immediate delivery or a full refund. Still waiting for a proper response.

I ordered a red light hair growth hat from Feline Scienceskin on 27th April and did not receive it until 13th May — just over 3 weeks later.

The product itself appears to be as described, so I have no issue with the actual item. However, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations set on their website.

At the time of purchase, the website stated delivery to Australia would take approximately 6–10 business days. After waiting much longer than expected, I contacted customer service several times and was then told delivery would take “at least 2 weeks,” which was very different from what was originally advertised.

For many customers, delivery time is a major factor when deciding who to purchase from, especially for higher-priced products. Had the true timeframe been made clear upfront, I may have chosen differently.

What disappointed me most was the lack of care from customer service. Despite reaching out multiple times, I felt brushed off rather than genuinely assisted.

Overall, the product may be fine, but the shipping promises and customer service experience did not live up to expectations.

Reading these reviews I'm glad I got away so lightly (no monthly charge occurred).
Ordered 2 hyperpigmentation serums for the price of one after seeing an ad on my social media platform. Looking at the ingredients it seemed fine. It took a long time to arrive but when it did there was no packaging information and it arrived straight from China. Ingredients list was different from the one they had online, the packaging even said it was made in Europe (yeah right). I could not use it as I am not putting something dodgy on my face. Customer service is non-existent (unless you become their ambassador that they even dared to ask me to do). I put this down to learning experience, never again will I buy from a company that I don't know.
It is strange how EU has all these rules for what can be sold here but when it comes to ordering online anything goes.

Do NOT buy anything from this company!!! They are a big CON! They are a fake set up!
The customer phone line that shown on their website belongs to a different business and the office address is also residential property address! They send you a dodge product that your skin will react on and to send it back they will make you pay for an international postage and it’s not guaranteed that you actually get the refund as they have to and I quote : “ Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our Quality Control team, your refund will be processed.” First Google the “return address” and you will understand what “quality control” is there! The company is FAKE!!! You’ve been warned!!

Absolutely not recommended! The photos of the veneers on their website look great after the product is delivered. It's shocking that the photos on their website are a complete scam; they look terrible!

This has been the worse experience, ever!!. I cancelled my subscription which I didn’t knowingly ordered. I paid the courier to deliver the unopened subscription order . It clearly included the RMA number. They asked for proof I had sent it and the tracking number which I supplied 3 or 4 times and The package was undeliverable after delivery attempted to the address provided, and so is now being held at a local collection point . They refuse to give the refund or collect the package!!! This is a truly the worse experience ever!

Absolute scammers. Six weeks since order and still no product.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Féline Skinscience (Order #4029861). I never signed up for a recurring "Subscribe and Save" plan, yet I was charged and a shipment was sent without my authorization.
​When I contacted customer support to cancel the subscription and request a refund for the unauthorized order, I was told I must ship the product back to their address in the Netherlands at my own expense to receive a refund. As a customer in Canada, the cost of tracked international shipping is nearly as much as the product itself, making their "refund" offer essentially meaningless.
​I have requested to escalate this matter to a supervisor, as the current support team (Mariana) is unwilling to provide a prepaid return label for a shipment I did not authorize. I am more than happy to refuse delivery so the package returns to their facility, but the company is insisting on a manual return.
​I am still waiting for a senior manager to reach out and resolve this fairly. Until then, I strongly advise others to be very careful with their "checkout" process to avoid being enrolled in unwanted subscriptions.

Such a fraudulent site. The provided telephone number is invalid, and there has been no response to email inquiries. I receive daily emails from the company; however, these are unnecessary rather than informative. I placed my order on the 5th of March, and as of the 9th of March, there has been no update. The only message is that they are preparing my order, with no further information.

WARNING: First of all, the product doesn't work. I wanted to try their Dark spot corrector on a 'buy one, get one free' offer. The box for 'Make a subscription' was ticked by default - well hidden. Only way to cancel is via email. I did, and they said they would look into it. Next month: new package. I complained again, asked them to cancel subscrition. Same routine. Next month: new package from them, new protests from me.
They said I could return, but you all know the hassle, so each time I thought oh well, but NOW I have cancelled. But I didn't... To be continued.
The answers from their customer support is just standard identical messages every time, saying it's my own fault.
Also, it seemes to be alot of fake reviews now that I looked in to the company. I haven't been able to see who owns the company and who is CEO. And now I've noticed it's made in China and who knows what's inside the bottle... The only thing I know is that it does NOT make any dark spots disappear.

ordered goods on the 24 Jan and still waiting, put a complaint in to paypal, Feline sent a tracking number but nothing came up, so now not holding my breath ...

Ordered on January 27th, the only update I received was that the order was ready to be picked up.
On February 5th I wrote an email to customer service, promptly an answer that they will look into my request.
Ever since then nothing moved.
I requested now a refund.
I cannot recommend the product, since I did not received anything.
Customer Service is not what they promise
Don't buy here. They are just stealing your money.

The product is nice but messed up with delivery. It says Buy one take one or Buy one plus one Free . Not sure if this to attract customer only . because I recieved only one item after more than two weeks of placing the order. It should be improve the costumer service.

Be careful! Unreliable sellers, the website is full of traps. When you accidentally place an order, your nightmare will come.

I didnt click monthly subscription, took $70 out my account, email them straight away to stop the shipping & cancellation my order , 5 days later no response & shipping on way.
Why why why? Are they trustworthy??
