Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, they put my 2 cats in a tiny pen even though I'd booked for them to share.The owner walked off and left the door open, when I pointed it out to her she seemed annoyed at having to go back to shut it. I realised as I'd been rushing that I'd forgotten the vaccination records. I offered to go home and fetch them but she said 'no,we won't get inspected by the council'. Luckily my cats are vaccinated but if that's how they are, how many in there aren't?My husband collected and didn't know the cost and they overcharged me by £15.When I queried it and asked for a quote for the next longer stay to make sure that didn't happen aain, I got an extremely rude and nasty email from the owner saying they were cancelling my summer booking.I'm rather glad as my cat came home from here very thin and nervy and cried for 2 days.
