Using the site was a nice experience
Using the site was a nice experience, the pictures of the products were pretty in line with what they really looked. I have, though, a problem I encountered it with most italian shoes websites. I am not from Italy and the measurement is definitely off by what I am used (it's the third pair of shoes bought from Italy that I can't wear because they are bigger). The italian measurement is bigger than the EU with one measurement - the 42 IT is actually 41 Eu. I talked with someone from the website and she assured me that 42 IT is what I need. And it's not. Anyway, the shoes are beautiful, the shipping was fast, paying was easy, communication was good (but not accurate). It's possible I'd buy again. Thank you.
