They refuse to take responsibility and offer a replacement or refund. The email is generic saying they will offer no resolution. Please do not buy from here.
Missing 3 items and they refused to replace or refund them which is just terrible because I have lost money. One person wrote me saying they would replace items that where missing but then another came and said they wont. Its a lot of miss communication.

Mis-sold used Toothbrush (£226) and no returns support
We received an item we thought was from Sephora but appears to have been through Feel Unique (misled on website).
Missold used / unhygenic Oral b (£225) toothbrush Order No: FN74454067
I have sent Sephora / Feel Unique photos clearly showing product bought in good faith is not new. They were informed immediately within hours of receipt and advised they have sent a faulty used toothbrush (still fully packaged and unused). 5 emails later and no resolve - they are giving me the run around on emails and conduct is highly unprofessional. They have a legal duty to provide a returns slip (well within 30 days returns policy as per UK Consumer Rights Act 2016) but to date are not respecting the law. All I want is a returns and refund. The item is mis-sold as new and a breach of description (mis-selling). They are going out of their way not to support a basic returns. Extremely unethical. I am at the point of reporting Sephora and Feel Unique to Trading Standards if not resolved quickly.
I have seen Seraphine’s reply however there are no details on where to send my order number and email to. If I had the option to put the photos on Trustpilot, it doesn’t look good and clearly no quality checks at distribution. Please advise who to contact with details. Thanks
Pretty shocked. Spend £225 on an Oral b io9 toothbrush. It arrived and had clearly been opened / used before. The base had no packaging and dirt marks. I notified Sephora within hours of delivery (unused) and they have a 30 day returns policy. They are making it very difficult to send a returns form despite legal duty. They have mis-sold me a 2nd’s product (not advertised) which is highly unhygienic and pretty disgusting. Ironically within 3 days of my purchase the price doubled to £500 (double the price) which one could assume suggests they were trying to ‘offload’ my item. I have cc’d in their CEO and waiting for professional remedy.

My parcel never arrived and they refuse to refund or resend it as it has been over 35 days and I have not notified them. For such a big company, I expected that if the package could not be delivered I would be informed again and they would not just pocket over a hundred euros from me. I am really disappointed.

I have written once again regarding my order FN73869003 as the previous order has been refunded due to not being cleared by customs.
I have placed the order on the 22nd of August and has been dispatched on the same day. YOU HAVE STATED THAT WILL BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 3-10 DAYS.
It’s almost THREE weeks and I still have not received it.
You have informed that I will get an update but I still don’t know where my order is apart from … IN TRANSIT

I ordered a Bach remedies package for $300 with a discount of 30% which brought it down to $210 and free express shipping to the US, I was worried that it was a scam because other ppl charged about double that price but I received my package yesterday after only 4 days with the exact product I ordered so I am very pleased :) Thank you!

Useless customer care
I reported two deliveries lost in transit on 5th August. FN72311496
One was replaced and the second they won't engage with me on, despite it being reported lost in transit and me sending follow up emails - non of which they have responded on. Both parcels were delivered to a premises that was closed at 7.30am, and left at the front door on a main road. Both went missing. this company doesn't care about their customers and their customer after service is beyond pathetic for a large international company. I'll never use them again unless they sort this out. Disgraceful.

The customer care is no good. The customer Service Representative Zowie was incredibly stupid. What ever she wrote as answers to my questions did not make sense. She did not help me, and neither did Barbara. Barbara took over after Zowie and both these representatives are stupid. Neither helped me. I also found out that if you decide to unsubscribe from Feelunique newsletters, you are also automatically unsubscribed from SEPHORA newsletters as well! The above mentioned customer reps emails were coming from Sephora customer service. The two companies are linked.

I cannot access my parcel. they are giving me tracking numbers which do not work here. I am in Cyprus.
since 8 August they tell me it is here and gave me an address. A different customer service person every time keeps giving me 2 numbers nether of which work.
the time stress and hassle is not worth it. DO NOT USE

GDPR Breach
I ordered through Sephora but have come on here to warn everyone that a customer service rep has given me the tracking information for someone in Cyprus instead of my own. Having coming on to this page I can see someone matching the dates and location.
This is a breach of GDPR as I now know the customers name and address.

I placed an order on the 7th of September. It said it had been dispatched on the 8th. I’ve mailed twice. Still no reply and no update on my order. It said 2/3 days for delivery
