Cost price double of the official one. Too much restrictive policy. Tickets and audioguide received in advance without any problem.

On August 6, 2026, I purchased tickets for the Louvre Museum through louvre-museum-tickets, a website that visually and nominally imitates the official Louvre ticketing site. At no point was it disclosed that this was a third-party reseller rather than the official museum.
The site offered only a single ticket option, with no alternative pricing and no disclosure of any markup or service fee. I was charged 78€ (66€ for an adult ticket, 12€ for a child ticket), while the official EU-resident price is 22€ for adults and free for children — roughly three times the official price for the adult ticket, and an entirely unjustified charge for the child ticket.
The site displays no clear refund policy, and the seller refused my refund request when contacted directly.
I've reported Signal Conso, Verbrauchzentrale and econsumer.cov.

Signed up for 2pm tour, but tickets said 9am. I immediatley emailed (3 minutes later and I have the emails to verify) and they kept stating over and over that there are no refunds or modifications. You mention in the reply to reach out to customer service and I have 4 times over 5 days with basically the same response of no refunds or modifications. I am asking for the tickets I registered for, not the tickets YOU gave me. This is not a modification as much a correction to your error. I am disputing with my credit card company. Completely fraudulent company. Looking on line, most other companies have modifcations and cancelation free up to 24 hours prior. I will use those other options in the future. DO NOT TRUST FEEL THE CITY TOURS.

⚠️ WARNING – CHECK THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE BEFORE BOOKING
I booked 3 tickets for the Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba through Feel the City Tours for 26 October 2026, paying €122 in total – more than €40 per person.
Only after completing the purchase did I discover that the official admission price is approximately €15 per adult. Three official tickets would therefore cost approximately €45, compared with the €122 charged by Feel the City Tours.
The official tickets are available directly from the Mezquita-Catedral:
Official Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba ticket office
What is particularly concerning is the way Feel the City Tours is presented online. The website appears very prominently in Google search results and, from my experience, the distinction between the intermediary service and the official ticket channel is not sufficiently clear.
I contacted customer service immediately after discovering the price difference and requested cancellation and a refund.
At that point, I had received absolutely no ticket.
Your original confirmation email explicitly stated:
“Your reservation is being processed and you will receive your tickets by email before the visit.”
I therefore requested cancellation while the reservation was supposedly still being processed and before I had received any ticket.
Then came the contradictory explanations.
Initially, I was told that my reservation was still being processed and that the tickets would be sent later.
Later, I was told that the tickets had already been issued and sent.
I have received NO tickets.

This tour was not organized and was very difficult to know where and when we were to be at places, the audio guide provided was very poor.

Disappointing experience with Feel the City Tours – Uffizi Gallery booking
⚠️ Please double-check your booking date carefully before completing payment.
I booked four tickets for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence through Feel the City Tours. At the time of purchase, I specifically confirmed the date of 18 August, the price and the number of tickets.
Immediately after completing the booking, I noticed that the date had changed to 25 August. I contacted the company almost immediately — within approximately a minute — to explain that this was not the date I had selected. I also explained that we were due to leave Italy before 25 August, so we would not be able to use the tickets on the new date.
Despite contacting them straight away, the company refused to change the date to 18 August or provide a refund, referring to the booking as non-refundable.
I understand that companies have cancellation and refund policies, but I found it extremely disappointing that there was no willingness to resolve what appeared to be an immediate booking/date error reported within minutes of purchase.
I’m sharing this review to make other travellers aware of my experience and to encourage anyone booking through Feel the City Tours to check the final date on their confirmation extremely carefully before and immediately after payment.
Unfortunately, based on how this situation was handled, I would be very hesitant to book with this company again.

⚠️ Very poor experience with Feel the City Tours.
We paid almost three times the normal ticket price for an additional service that, in our opinion, absolutely did not justify such a high extra cost.
Be very careful with the website as well, as its presentation can make it look like you are booking directly through the monument’s official website, when in fact it is a third-party provider. We strongly recommend checking the official website and ticket prices before booking.
For our visit to St. Peter’s Basilica and the Dome, getting our tickets turned into a real ordeal: contradictory answers, the wrong tickets being sent, requests that seemed not to be properly read, and a lot of unnecessary stress during our holiday.
Excessive prices, lack of transparency, and inefficient customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this provider.

I booked a two hour private tour and the day and time was changed such that my family only received a one hour tour. The communication was terrible on the new time as I received conflicting information from multiple sources (WhatsApp vs. email).

I had a private tour with Yassir as my guide. He was captivating in making the cathedral come alive with layers and layers of stories about the architecture, history, religious symbolism, and about Gaudi and the incredible sculptors who worked on the project. His deep passion and insight made me see the masterpiece in a new way. His years of experience in giving tours here showed as he steered us away from the crowds and showed me hidden gems of details. Ask for Yassir!

Very over priced, triple the actual ticket price. Poor communication and delivery of tickets. Would not use again, SCAM

Beware: This company uses deceptive practices to mimic the official Uffizi Gallery website. I was misled into purchasing four tickets through them, for which they charged an inflated price of $284.
I never received the tickets before my scheduled entry time. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund. The tickets were finally emailed to me after I had already left Florence, making them completely useless. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to successfully get my money back. Avoid this third-party seller and buy directly from the official state website.

⚠️ FAKE-OFFICIAL WEBSITE. THEY OVERCHARGED ME 2X THE REAL TICKET PRICE. DO NOT BOOK.
This “company” pays for a Google Sponsored ad disguised as the Cathedral’s own ticket office — name “Catedral de Sevilla,” cathedral-emblem logo, official-looking URL. It is NOT the Cathedral. It’s a private reseller.
I paid EUR 141.60 for 2 combo tickets (Cathedral + Alcázar). The actual printed price on the tickets themselves: EUR 67.00. They quietly kept the extra EUR 74.60 and buried the “we’re not official” disclaimer in tiny white text and at the bottom of their T&Cs — never once at checkout.
When I asked for a partial refund, they refused, hid behind their own no-refund clause, and a “manager” simply repeated “everything was clear before purchase.” It was not.
Buy directly from the Cathedral’s and Alcázar’s own official websites. You’ll pay less than half and avoid this entirely. I’ve filed formal complaints with my card issuer, Spanish consumer authorities, and reported the ad to Google.
In my opinion, no business should be allowed to profit this way — dressing itself up as an official ticket office to take money from travellers who have no way of knowing better. Shameless.

Do not book with this company. It is a scam. We were overcharged by £100 compared with buying direct with the attraction.

On the website they say it will charge you $75.00 total for two tickets for the tour and you will receive a receipt from them that literally says you were charged $75.00 total for both tickets. On their side though they will actually charge you $75.00 per ticket for a total of $150.00 and when you try to dispute they just show proof on their side this is what they charged you. Even though you have proof from the website and the receipt you received from them it should have only been $75.00. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company do not utilize them. They will rip you off and it takes months for them to review your dispute just to state they can't do anything and you are denied. Please utilize actual websites for tours instead of this shit company that is scamming people.

Shady company mimicking the real website that charges 2-3x the price of legitimate tickets and will tell you to kick rocks when you request a refund.

Complete scammers. Massively ovwr charge, Tickets are not valid and refuse to refund. Do not use this.company

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience. I would strongly advise travellers to avoid this website.
My experience with Feel the City Tour was extremely frustrating and left me feeling that the way they operate is deliberately misleading and designed to make it difficult for customers to obtain refunds.
I purchased Louvre tickets believing I was making a normal ticket booking. I then realised that this was a reseller website and were charging 3 TIMES THE PRICE of the ticket on the Louvre website.
When I subsequently tried to cancel and obtain a refund, Feel the City Tour repeatedly refused. Their approach felt completely bad-faith and predatory: they were happy to take payment upfront while making the actual ticket availability and delivery arrangements difficult to understand, and then relied on a purported “no refund” policy to refuse to return my money.
I also find their reliance on a blanket no-refund policy particularly concerning where consumer rights may apply. A business cannot simply label something “non-refundable” and assume that this overrides applicable consumer protection laws. I would encourage anyone dealing with this company to understand their consumer rights rather than simply accepting the company’s refusal at face value.
The entire experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. The lack of transparency, the difficulty obtaining a refund and the way the company handled my cancellation request made me feel that the business prioritises keeping customers’ money over treating customers fairly.
I strongly recommend booking directly through the official Louvre website or another reputable provider. I would not use Feel the City Tour again and would caution other travellers to think very carefully before giving this company their money.

Excellent and well organised guide was under the orange umbrella, fast tracked entry, (get your passports they check at door), and knowledgable guide who spoke decent English, Javier our guide was excellent

Feel the City is borderline fraudulent. I just booked on their Louvre website which comes up first on Google and looks like it is the official Louvre site. They conveniently keep their logo very small on the site and have a tiny little disclaimer saying this is a third party site.
They charge 15-20% more than the Louvre itself and give you nothing more than the tickets you could get from the museum site.
