OVERPRICE!!! NOT the official website.
I booked tickets for the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Gallery through this site, believing it was the official ticketing platform. It is not. I was charged €127.40 for tickets that cost only €48 total on the official Uffizi/Accademia website (uffizi.it).
I only realized this wasn't the official site when I received the invoice, which showed the booking was actually handled by "The Walker Tour" and "Feel the city tour." To be fair, the tickets themselves were valid and worked fine — but the site gives no clear indication before checkout that you're paying a huge markup to a third-party reseller rather than booking directly.
If you're planning to visit the Uffizi or Accademia Gallery, book directly through www uffizi.it to avoid paying more than double the actual price.
Tip for others: Check the invoice/company name and compare prices with the museum's official site before you book — don't assume the top search result or an official-looking design means it's the real site.

Terrible communication but great tour
The tour was great but the costumer support and communication was terrible. There was no sign or anything for this tour at the meeting point and it was not possible to contact anyone who was nearby, but instead I was connected to the queue of the Spanish office which was not helpful at all. We were so relieved when we found our guide in the end.

I was looking for Louvre tickets and thought I was booking on the official website, but this company mimics the official ticketing website, then offers tickets at hugely inflated prices. When I realised I'd been scammed, I contacted the official Louvre team to see if the tickets could be used and this was their response:
as this reservation was made by a reseller, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that you will be able to access the museum with these tickets. Indeed, some unauthorized resellers modify or reuse the same tickets, which are then resold to several of their customers.
I then contacted my bank, who confirmed that the company is registered with them as a scam site, and they're working to get my money refunded. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

This company profits from misleading…
This company profits from misleading customers.
I searched Google for official Real Alcázar tickets and clicked the top sponsored result. The website uses the domain realalcazarsevilla.com, official-looking branding and imagery that strongly imply you are booking directly with the monument.
Only after paying did I realise this is not the official ticket office. It is an independent reseller charging an extraordinary markup. I paid €79.80 for two standard tickets that would have cost around half that price through the official website.
The company hides behind a disclaimer stating it is an independent booking platform, but this is completely overshadowed by a domain name and presentation that create the opposite impression. The overall design appears intended to capture customers looking for the official website rather than making its independent status genuinely obvious.
The tickets were valid, but that is beside the point. The issue is that many customers will believe they are booking directly with the Real Alcázar and will only discover afterwards that they have paid a huge premium to a middleman for exactly the same tickets.
I have requested a refund, reported the Google advertisement as misleading and will be pursuing a chargeback with my bank if this matter is not resolved.
Avoid this website. Buy directly from the official Real Alcázar ticket office instead. There is no justification for paying such an excessive markup simply because a company has positioned itself to resemble the official booking site.

This company make their website look like the official retailer and then change over double the price for tickets. When you query via WhatsApp, they fob you off and then stop replying. Avoid like the plague. I have certainly learned a lesson.

Avoid — this company runs lookalike websites impersonating official ticket portals for Sagrada Família, Park Güell, and the Alhambra. I was charged marked-up prices believing I was on the real sites, then refused a refund under a "non-refundable" policy. Filed chargebacks and reports with the FTC, BBB, and Google. Always book directly through the official landmark sites.

Deceptive and misleading rip off
This company’s website claimed to be the official pompeii website. We were duped into paying 120euros for 2 adults for access and an audio recording that didn’t work.
The price to access Pompei is 20euros pp. Audio can be found free online.
Totally ripped off. They then claimed we used the audio recording- assumably to avoid any form of refund.
Google claims they are known for being deceptive. They create websites to imitate the official ones.
So angry that we booked with them and paid into their rip off scheme.
AVOID at all costs.

Prado Museum Madrid rip off
They are a total rip off. Charged us - 2 seniors- 77Euros for about 16Euros direct from Prado.
Their guide did not download and we spent 10 Euros at the Prado for their audio guides.
Contacting them through WhatsApp- a whole bunch of canned apologies and explanations of all other stuff they offer. Not true and was unwanted.
Buyer beware. Go directly to the Prado website. Make sure it's the Prado National website.
Depends when ypu are going, we could have just walked in and bought tickets.

My phone was stolen and booking was done by random scammer. I called them within 5 mins of receiving the transaction email. They refused to give refund, nor did the agent pass the call to his manager. The agent was rude, did not want to hear anything and the whole call experience was beyond horrible. They are fraud and scammers
