Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. Good luck trying to get a hold of a live representative. Their "ai" will give you a run around and prevent you from talking to a live representative unless you figure out the "magic combination" of words to trigger.
FedEx is an absolute joke. I have been waiting two days for a package and I made sure I was home to receive a package. Didn't even knock. Just left the stupid paper saying "try again". I will be making a formal complaint as this business should not exist for how cr@ppy they are.

The worst

The worst. Going on day six and still no delivery. Package was suppose to be here Sunday and it is now Friday. Updates are inaccurate. either the drivers is hanging out in nyc for the past 6 hours doing god knows what or the tracking is full of shit . Awful and does not look good for the companies they trust to deliver their goods. I never saw such low scoring reviews. Pathetic everyone should be fired!!! With those low reviews it is clear they don’t care about doing a good job.

An ADA nightmare.

Hope you're not disabled or mute. Called to hold my package as the online portal wouldn't allow registration due to being a business address.

There was no way to connect to a person via the phone tree, other than the first menu, there is no way to input choices using the number pad. Despite trying everything, unless you're able to physically speak, the customer service number hangs up and gives no way of interaction. There was also no way to enable any disability option whatsoever. The customer service phone number violates the ADA act under title 3.

The worst delivery company ever

The worst delivery company ever. 2 days had delivery promised for today, took day off work, parcel still not delivered. It needs to be signed for and I work full time. Can't get anywhere. Non existent customer service.

Truly the worst of all delivery…

Truly the worst of all delivery companies. Im yet another person who got a door tag two days in a row while I’m sitting in my office that is 8 feet away from my front door. They are not even trying to deliver these packages. I’m going to pro-actively avoid them going forward.

Very good Customer Service-Fedex in Evans

I went to Fedex location in Evans,to claim or correct the address where my package was delivered And a beautiful fedex lady,her name is Ms.Asha, asked me very politely if I needed help so I explained to her about my situation and she didn't hesitant at all to help me to resolve my issues with the incorrect address of the shipment and she really tried her very best to help me retrieve my package by calling the fedex main office and explained my situation.And because of that ,I was able to get my package delivered without going to many hassles of solving this issues.She spent time with me and made sure that everything will be ok.I can't praise her enough but I really admire her work ethics and very good customer service.It is very hard to find good people working nowadays who are really willing to help sincerely and without hesitation.Thank you Ms.Asha for your time and kindness.Keep up the good work.❤️❤️❤️

The worst courier service ever to use in Ireland !!! Avoid at all costs can only get through to a robot aswell , customs clearance call you on a phone number that you can’t even call back in time my package is meant to be here today and never arrived , Usless company avoid at all costs !!!!!

Still waiting for my package

Still waiting for my package. FedEx says one attempt to deliver was done. That is not true. Driver made the decision to leave it at a Walgreens within walking distance of my home. Easier to drop off. Now I have to find someone who can deliver to my home from Walgreens. I made the decision for all future online orders I will not accept FedEx shipping..

Fedex lisbon portugal a parcel was sent…

Fedex lisbon portugal a parcel was sent with a jacket from the UK nearly 2 weeks ago i am still waiting for my jacket to be delivered to Lisbon.
We are being ping pongued with ZERO SERVICE between their digital system which has sent me a many emails without any useful info on my parcel.
Is this the new service norm? I am also unable to receive any Human information from any one responsible mrs Ana Florindo in the beggining was responsive, now when we contact, we get thrown on to the digital system which is unable to tell us WHERE my parcel has gone and WHEN we are going to get it ? Fedex needs to improve

Not a Fedex! I am Fed-up!

Avoid using FedEx Ireland if you actually want to receive your package. I was at home all day waiting for my delivery, but no courier ever showed up. I received no phone call, no message, and no attempt notice was left on my property.What is most upsetting and alarming is that they uploaded a picture of my house as 'proof' of an attempted delivery. The picture they uploaded is more than 10 years old! How do they have access to an ancient photo to fake a delivery attempt?
Looks like a screenshot from Google street view possibly?!
This is completely fraudulent and unacceptable. I am Fed-up!

FedEx delivery complaints

FedEx drivers are not following directions or maybe directions are not getting to drivers each time they make a delivery to the same address. Why I say this is because my mother receives products from two companies that use FedEx to deliver. My mother depends on these companies for lifesaving supplies.

Most of the time the FedEx drivers dumped my mother's packages at her complex apartment leasing office. Once in awhile they dump packages outside her address without even requiring a signature and then take off. Most of the time though her items end up at her apartment complex leasing office in a closet. One of mom's packages say perishable in large print on the front because there are life-saving meals inside.

Over and over I have complained to FedEx in having the drivers drop the packages at my elderly mother's address. To have the driver's knock on her door. Why because my mother is paralyzed. She cannot walk anymore. My elderly mother uses a wheelchair. The company takes down my complaint yet nothing changes for the long haul. A driver next delivery might send one package to her address and then the next package ends right back at the leasing office. This has been going on for over 2 years now!

I usually get an international voice of Indian or other Asian accent when calling Fedex.Allowing me to see how huge this company is. Having the ability of out sourcing their complaint department.

This is a huge problem when it's happening locally and you're not able to talk with someone from your nearby town or city where the packages are being delivered from to your address. The exact FedEx shipping Warehouse / center that keeps messing up on delivery instructions should be reachable and be able to receive complaints.

The FEDEX driver's consistently are dropping off my mother's packages at her apartment complex leasing office that One of the companies mom receives supplies from complained to FedEx on mom's behalf on many occasions. Homestyle direct is fabulous! Every time FedEx has spoiled my mother's food Homestyle direct fixes FedEx mess up by re-shipping new food out for Mom at no cost.

FedEx keeps making the same mistake over and over again though. The drivers will not listen to the instructions from Homestyle direct to drop the food off in front of my mother's home any more than they will listen to me her daughter. I even managed to talk with a FedEx delivery center 20 minutes away and all they could say is they feel sorry it keeps happening yet they have no control over their own drivers.

Now my mother's apartment complex leasing office has got overwhelmed with FedEx drivers dropping off packages and let's be honest other carriers are culprits as well if we are being honest as well as fair with FedEx.

However my mother's packages are always delivered through FedEx from the two companies she receives products from. Now her apartment complex leasing office has shut down receiving packages for residents from FedEx and any other carrier entirely!

Now this apartment complex has hired a third party company who manages lockers. Where the drivers can leave packages in lockers outside of the leasing office at moms apartment complex. Why because they don't want packages stolen of the residents who live at my mother's apartment complex. Because
If drivers aren't going to actually try an reach the residents directly delivering straight to their home address they want a alternative option.

This leaves people like my disabled elderly mother, other elderly people, single parents with children, and other disabled people having to figure out how their getting packages sometimes 11 minute walk back to their apartments. FedEx delivery drivers don't want to deliver at every individuals address down here. It saves the driver's time yet residents like my mother being a senior citizen who cannot get her own packages are left struggling finding help in retrieving packages.

The company needs smaller regional hubs with consistent drivers that do the same routes week after week, month after month , and year after year in the same region consistently. This would allow FedEx to communicate with drivers efficiently. Giving FedEx better control over their delivery drivers overall.

FedEx also should go back to signatures required in order to leave a package as well! Leaving behind a missed delivery note on the doorknob with a local number of the local FedEx shipment center to be called in rescheduling a redelivery or pickup.

This would provide accountability for delivery drivers & The company.This would keep FedEX and it's drivers from dropping off packages just anywhere against the recipients will. Giving recipients power back in scheduling a time for redelivery or pick up that works with their schedules meeting their needs.

I purchased a 36" X 36" wood table from…

I purchased a 36" X 36" wood table from Wayfair. It was delivered by FedEx next door, whose address is very clearly displayed, as is my own. We live rurally on acres so I had to drive to my unfriendly neighbors house to pick it up. I am a very tiny person (100lbs) and not particularly strong. So, this was not ok. The item I received was damaged and needed to be returned. Wayfair exhibited good customer service and offered to replace the item. I was sent a shipping label that I had to print out at work. Printer was down during my shift and I was unable to print the the label in time for Wayfair's scheduled pick up. That's where everything went south! First, I called the FEDEX number that was provided by Wayfair to make the change. I was asked by FedEx's Robobitch about Ground vs Express..., Robobitch asked for MY account number. I don't have one. Then I was asked for a "STAMP" number. Saw nothing of the sort on the unprinted label. THEN, Robobitch said " Sense you don't have the tracking number..." I indeed DID have a tracking number, but I never heard her ask for THAT! Perhaps that happened while I was screaming "WHAT THE F*$K!!!!". I hung up, took some deep breaths, said a quick prayer, and redialed. Wash, rince, repeat situation. Then I tried to handle this exhausting situation online directly with FedEx. Long story short, SAME!! Around and around in a ridiculous loop of "nobody cares about your situation". Such a VERY simple transaction of changing the day of a pick up turned into me keeping a piece of defective furniture because the stress of making it right is not worth me losing sleep or my sanity. When given a choice (something that is becoming less available to Americans everyday) I will never deal with FedEx again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SUCH A VERY SIMPLE THING! All I wanted to do is change the date of pick up. How difficult can that be? 35 minutes of my life wasted. Never again.

I have had many deliveries from FedEx…

I have had many deliveries from FedEx Ex. Driver seem to all have a different idea of what,delivery means. Today the driver pulled the truck up and started to unload. I went our and opened the garage door and said I will move the car so you can put the boxes in. He said without preamble. You can ask me if I will put them in the garage, with a nasty attitude. Since each driver delivers differently I am never sure what they will do as delivery. The statement and attitude was unnecessary. I didn't see the 2 boxes he had put by the garage door. I am not helpless and could have pushed the boxes into my own garage and he could have kept the attitude. I get regular poor service from including broken items, inconsistent drop off places items that say don't leave in the rain actually left in the rain and complaints rom drivers about the heat, size of the package and the list goes on. Train your drivers better, and get some consistent delivery rules.
