i think 1 star is more than they deserve.

broke the hardwired doorbell and lockbox of a 97 year olds home, meaning she cannot hear when people ring the doorbell nor can she leave a key in a safe area for visitors and care workers, leaving her in a very fragile state. Dan was back and forth with me and seemed professional until after the christmas period where he has not replied despite being back since the 5th of January.

I ordered from Living Social I didn’t expect to have to deal with three unscrupulous companies. When the sofa scene couriers delivered our sofas they knocked and broke a jardinierre. They are taking no responsibility for it. They said it was the responsibility of the couriers. The couriers FEDBX and the owner Dan effectively called my husband and I liars.
All three are despicable companies. Stay clear!
