Really easy ordering process! Ordered on the 4th and delivered by the 9th. Easy to put together and I’m in love with my new furniture. Such good quality, comfortable and a good price. The only issue would be with delivery and not given much information about what was going to happen on the day of delivery but that’s to do with the delivery company and not the feature deco. The actual delivery guys were really nice though. Would definitely recommend. Just to note I’ve had my furniture a month now so had time to use it.

It was smooth from start to finish. They had exactly what i wanted and the quality is so good and the sofa is extremely comfy.

Great communication! Furniture arrived as described/expected! Now we wait in the sun!

Quick delivery of replacement covers for our featureDECO High Back Rattan Cube set

Two years ago we purchased two sets of the London Rattan chairs in cappuccino grey. We liked them so much this year we added to the collection by purchasing a corner set for another part of the garden. The chairs are robust, stylish and comfortable. The customer service and delivery were excellent throughout. Would highly recommend!

We bought the Canterbury rope sofa and chairs and were initially delighted with it. It was expensive and cost over £1000. We have used it for 2 summers (it's kept in a shed over winter) We got it out this year and the rope has deteriorated so much now that it is literally falling apart. The rope is disintegrating and the straps that go under the seat cushions are breaking. FeatureDECO have said it is because we didnt wash it regularly with soapy water as pollen and dust will damage it. I completely disagree with this as it isn't disintegrating to such an extent on the chair which hasn't been used as much, so it is nothing to do with dirt build-up from the environment. I believe any extra rubbing of the rope would lead to even more disintegration. So please be warned of buying this item, yes it looks lovely but is not fit for purpose.

We visited the Walsall showroom and were really impressed with the quality of the furniture. We bought the Hampstead 11 piece set and love the versatility of the modular pieces. It's so comfortable and feels luxurious. Delivery was 3 days after we purchased and we couldn't be happier!

I purchased a dining table set 10 years ago, which is still in excellent condition. So it was an obvious choice for me to buy again. The conversation set is comfortable, with good depth cushions that you can’t get on other products. It is solid and clearly hard wearing. Order was handled quickly and delivered by the end of the week.

Firstly we did a great deal of researching before opting to buy featuredeco. We felt very reassured by their no quibble returns guarantee. We couldn’t be happier with the communication, the service and the product itself. We purchased a large corner sofa and the cushions are so deep and comfortable. The furniture is quality and we were really pleased given the cost compared to other companies. Delivery was quick and even though we had one small issue with a table part- this was dealt with extremely efficiently. We would definitely purchase from here again.

Had a few problems with the credit card company when paying - not this company's fault. They were on the ball, patient and very attentive but most of all, held the stock for my order until I finally sorted the problem with my card provider. Great quality and excellent value for money. Unfortunately a table was damaged in transit (these things happen) and again it was dealt with swiftly and professionally - super quick response to my photos of packaging and damage. Accepted responsibility and checking out a solution. Would recommend this company 100%. Their attention to customer service and decision making could teach the 'Big retailers' a thing or two. Thanks to the lovely staff I interacted with.

Excellent customer service from everyone I spoke to. From delivery to aftersales. The product is excellent too, lots of compliments on our new garden furniture from our family and friends.

Ordered and corner sofa and table was delivered when we expected. One leg missing when we put it together. Customer Service were excellent got it sent out straight away. All good with our new sofa, very different to what you see in shops. Would have been a 5*if there wasn't for missing part.

Company are very busy with orders so expect delays in their response and their are only two office stay
When they do get in touch they are very helpful and polite.

This is my second purchase for Garden furniture from
feature Deco highly recommend them. My first suite was 10 years ago which i have now passed to my daughter as wanted a change.

We purchased some garden furniture last month. I was very pleased with their service.
I asked a few questions before hand, as I was not able to go to the store in person, these were answered by an in-store person, answers came with photos of the items to help answer the question and clarified questions when I went back.
Delivery was within the timeline and the delivery company they used were informative and kept me up to date.
Furniture was packaged sufficiently and we were able to put it together with little issues.
We had an issue with the pneumatics on the table, but email was picked up quickly, processed kindly, calmly and quickly. It was resolved to our satisifaction.
We have ordered items over the years from many online businesses, asking questions or sharing concerns not being responded to. I was very happy we chose to buy from FeatureDeco, it was a refreshingly positive experience and would recommend them.
