I am very concerned about where my…

I am very concerned about where my order is ? I have emailed this company twice and been trying to call the number, whenever I call it’s sent to voicemail. My order number is 10146. It’s been over 10 days since I placed my order and no updates on delivery?! I am very concerned.

Our new dinning table.

The dinning table that we have purchased from FD Interiors we are extremely pleased with, it has fully come up to our expectations. The service from FD Interiors has been excellent. Delivery on the day and at the time when stipulated. This is the first time we have bought anything from FD Interiors but when looking to make any other furniture purchases we will always look to see what FD interiors has to offer.

Amazing!

Very impressed! Bought a quartz dining table and chairs set from this company, the pictures on the website didn't do it justice! Good communication, easy-to-navigate website, delivery came quicker than advertised... Thank you FD Interiors!

Purchased the most gorgeous dining room…

Purchased the most gorgeous dining room table a 6 chairs.. Absolutely stunning. Excellent quality and service. 5* goes to Maxine she was amazing very helpful and I highly recommend FD Interiors.

Terrible service

Terrible service! Ordered chairs and have had nothing but lies and really bad service. 3wks waiting for information for a return. Great at blaming suppliers, and anyone else apart from themselves. AVOID.
*UPDATE
As you can see from the below reply this company is more than happy to keep on telling lies regards this sale. This is actually with my solicitors at the moment. The order was supposed to be within 10 days, it was 2 weeks. Also lied that my husband was emailed, didn’t even have my husbands email address. Is all we ever wanted was clarity, if we’d been told when I called regards the late delivery that there was only 2 chairs than I’d have ordered 2 more. However I was told that by the owner that she would get straight back to me. And constantly been told that is was one of the office peoples fault is not good enough. Customers will always understand if your straight with them and don't try to cover a lie with another lie. Unfortunately this company hasn’t realised this.

Also I suggest you go back over what actually happened as I never “emailed” to ask how many chairs I was receiving. I called and spoke to the “director”, because I was asking about when delivery would be. You blamed the delivery company who are in fact the company you drop ship from, that they haven’t been in contact with me. You then told me it was 2 chairs. To which I questioned that I thought it was 4. You said you’d check and phone me back straight away. I ordered 2- they are sold in boxes of 2. So I thought it was 2 boxes meaning 4 chairs in total. Now if you’d done what you said you were going to do then I’d have realised and ordered 2 more or stopped the chairs been delivered. But again you didn’t call back, the delivery turned up. I was at work both times they tried, and had to pay to have it redirected. It then took you 3wks to arrange a return. Again you blaming your drop ship company. On talking to them they said they didn’t know anything about a return until the day they called me to arrange the pick up. I was totally willing to pay for the chairs return however, you then dropped it on me that I’d have to pay a restocking fee!! This isn’t anywhere on your return terms and conditions. As for your Google reviews they are all very old, 3/4 years. With some very concerning reviews . I wish I’d read them first. Also I have contacted trading standards regards the lack of visibility on your “restocking fee”, which was sprung on me!

Really shocked to see you describe our service as terrible, as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service (see our excellent Google Reviews). You ordered a pair of chairs. You then emailed to ask how many were being delivered, to which we advised 2, as they are sold in pairs. You received your goods within the time specified. Upon delivery you refused to check the box and requested to return the chairs for a full refund. We happily arranged this on the proviso that a standard admin fee was charged. We arranged collection to which you then refused, and decided to keep the goods. What else can we do to assist?
