Trust Lost at the Enrollment Stage Sharper + Poor student experience
The platform communicated a 70% discount with a final displayed price of €187.50, which created a clear expectation. When a customer sees a specific offer across official digital touchpoints, that becomes the promised value. This is not about price sensitivity; it is about integrity and delivering on what is communicated.
As a CX practitioner, I see this as a basic principle: digital communications set customer expectations and must be treated as promises. In my case, the enrollment journey felt inconsistent and frustrating, and it became one of the worst learning purchase experiences I have had from a customer experience standpoint.
My concern is also reinforced by public feedback from other learners, where I found recurring criticism around platform usability, support responsiveness, course quality consistency, and translation or content delivery issues. While I also noticed some positive comments from learners who found value in the programs, the existence of repeated public complaints suggests that my experience may not be an isolated one.
To improve, you need stronger pricing governance, more accountable support, and fairer handling of customer concerns when your own platform creates a clear expectation. I still hope the course itself proves valuable, and if it does, I would consider enrolling in the Diploma in Fan Engagement as well. However, that journey would need to reflect the same fairness and consistency in pricing, including the same communicated 70% discount structure.

My experience with this platform has been very disappointing.
First of all, the internal communication is extremely poor. During technical issues with the website, there was little to no information provided to users, which made it impossible to properly plan or continue the course.
The courses themselves are not accredited, meaning the certificates have very limited real-world value. At best, you gain some basic football-related knowledge- but considering the price, this is simply not worth it. There are far better alternatives available that offer recognised certifications across Europe.
The learning platform also feels outdated. In a time where many providers offer modern, app-based learning experiences, this platform still relies entirely on a website and when that website has problems, everything comes to a halt.
Overall, I would not recommend this platform. It is a poor investment of both time and money, especially when you could pursue more valuable and widely recognised qualifications elsewhere.

With Black Friday I bought a course at FC Barcelona Innovation Hub. The courses are SCAM! I am working as a professional sport coach and I expected way better from FC Barca!
Examples:
- The course is filled with un related stories to illustrate theory's.
- The service "expert" is not reachable and there is NO communication.
- They just make easy, boring and awfull expensive courses from their famous club to spread useless certificates...

I bought two tickets for the match…
I bought two tickets for the match against Real Sociedad when the match was OFFICIALLY announced by LALIGA, the formal creator of the league. Then they change the game a date and when I ask for a refund because I can't go, they say that they don't do refunds. They know to take money a long time before the match without giving any details but they don't do refunds. Furthermore, their system of getting tickets is a joke. We can't pick seats, they don't inform the same time about the seats and they give the tickets only 24 hours before the game. To the top of all I paid for paired tickets and the seats are not.Sitting with two seats in between is not paired. Sorry but their way of treating looks like a regional club and not one of the best clubs in the world. One of the worst experiences

They stressed my child to his highest levels and were just enjoying it. I had to leave before even the game started . Paid 660 euros for each ticket.

This was by FAR !!! the worst experience I have ever had in CUBA. The food was horrible ! The bar had no white wine or vodka !!! The hotel was a complete disaster. You where lucky to get a clean shower towel after a 3 day period. Never changed the beds in the 10 days that we where there. We had to go off the resort almost every evening to fine something half decent to eat.. Sure don`t mind taking your ALL INCLUSIVE money...and you get nothing for it!!!!

I booked VIP tickets with lounge access (basketball game).
We were not able to get proper information to enter the lounge. When we finally were in the lounge, it took us 20 minutes to get a glass of cava and a coke. Tapas are cold… basically nothing is worth the price for « VIP » experience !
At the game, it was almost limited view seats… nothing was mentioned when we booked the tickets…
Staff on site is not helping and even confusing on which gate to go through…

Don´t buy tickets in advance! Awful customer service! I have emailed them serveral times but don´t answer. Called them but it is impossible to reach them. Don´t buy tickets in advance for a game. They can change the dates last minute and you won´t get any money back or help to sell them. I can´t believe they treat their fans like that!

Bought tickets February 2023 for match due to take place 9th April 2023. Flights/accommodation booked for Barcelona. Planned to spend Saturday, take in the game on Sunday and leave Monday.
At the last minute I got a email stating the game date had been changed Game was moved to the evening of Monday 10th April.
Couldn't changed flights etc and asked for a refund, this was refused.
Lesson learnt, avoid buying tickets in advance for Barcelona.
Personally I won't buy tickets again but they'll find plenty of other mugs who will.
Customer Service lied to us
Horrible experience, got lied to by the customer service.
We booked three tickets online but only received 2 by email. The customer service told us to book another one. Our concerns regarding the seat assignment in the same area were met by the specific reassurance that we could select the seats 24 hours before the game for our purchased tickets. So we ended up buying that additional ticket.
When we wanted to select the seats, there was jo sich option. No contact via email or phone was answered. The ticket office was unresponsive, unhelpful and arrogant.
When entering the stadium, the staff was rude, declined the request to resolve the issue over the phone with a native Spanish speaker (in fact they just ended the call when the phone was handed to them).
So my in-laws who doesn't speak English or Spanish had to sit alone on the other side of the stadium than his friends for his own birthday.
We're deeply disappointed and expect not only an apology but also a refund considering that we were deceived into buying the third ticket.

Amazing place to visit. The stadium is very dated and needs modernisation. However the tour was spectacular and my wife and I loved learning the history of the club before the Messi era!
