Sold a condo the company was great and the agent Ranya was totally brilliant she dealt with everything for me by the way I was in England why she prepared the complete sale from start to finish I have to say I was very very impressed with the way she dealt with all the paperwork the funds. And doing all of this while I was in a England and when it was all ready she informed me I got on a plane got to Bangkok few days later we were at land office and she dealt with it all there was as smooth as silk I am still in shock how smooth she made it all. I am super happy with Ranya and most thankful for all her help and very happy with the company that all made everything nice and easy no stress as selling property can be stressful Ranya and the company help a lot. I had a fantastic experience with Daisy from FazWaz. She considered all our requirements regarding location, space, safety and price and selected the right options for. She is super friendly, very responsive, always on time and went the extra mile to help us finding the perfect house. I can highly recommend her.

I found the company to be professional and attentive. I met the real estate agent and he listened to what I wanted, took me to view a property that exactly matched my requirements and I bought it. The whole process was actually quite simple and not stressful.

So 5 stars for sure.

First of all, I agree with all the 1 star reviews here. Spot on. FazWaz is just a scam.

I have tried for 6 months to RENT a condo in Bangkok. FazWaz has the most listings, so I have been in contact with them lots of times, about the actual condos I am interested in.

Most often I don't get a reply. If I do get a reply it is never about the specific condos I asked about. Instead they are trying to SELL me (not rent) condos in a completely different area.

So, in 6 months I have never got to see any of the condos I really want to rent. I have tried 40-50 different condos.

I have tried to report my problems to the FazWaz Support Compliance Agent. She wrote that FazWaz is not a real estate company, only a free listing service. But on their website and in her email signature, it says: "FazWaz is the number the #1 real estate company in Thailand"... Everything is just a lie from them.

My advice is to stay away from FazWaz. Contacting them will give you nothing other than BIG frustrations.

It was great pleasure to meet Ms. Sandy Suttammawan of FazWaz. She was very nice lady and telling me all the details of the house i was touring with her. And i am recommend to use FazWaz for easy to find a house/villa on your own preference. Thank you

Fazwaz is 100% a scam

they make promises to the buyers, which they simply cannot keep, like 5% deposit and 21 days 'inspection' time ... with as a result that the seller doesn't get any deposit at all

they don't work for the seller, they work for the buyers and they use all kinds of dirty little tricks to abuse the sellers

they have no conscience whatsoever and actively seek to abuse their own clients

I honestly believe this company should be shut down, they present themselves as an escrow provider, without having license for it, they just keep all the money in 1 big account

and all the positive reviews you read here; that's not from their clients; those are from the buyers, but the sellers pay them, not the buyers

and the sellers are getting ripped off, which is why the buyers are happy, but they're not the actual clients, they don't pay fazwaz, the sellers pays the bill

and as a seller you get treated as if you're less than dirt

those people are hardcore narcissists and the court will need to get involved, so this company is immediately shut down

I was lucky enough to have Tim as my agent… he was amazing. My wife and I live in America and will be moving to Thailand shortly. The home Tim found us absolutely exceeded our expectations and we look forward to living in our new dream home for the rest of our lives. Words really can’t describe what Tim and FazWaz have done for my wife and I. If I could give a billion stars I would 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

We made some enquiries on the FazWaz website and Tim Vallancey got in touch with us. We had a chat and gave him a VERY brief idea of what we were after property wise. We arranged to meet up in Thailand and he very kindly drove us around to view quite a few properties all of which were in the scope of what we'd asked to look at and one specifically that we fell in love with and put an offer in on the same day.

He was professional on every level and held our hand throughout the whole buying process - even engaging with our solicitors to assist with the purchase.

He really went above and beyond for us and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

My experience with Faz Waz, Hua Hin, has been very satisfying. I have found the staff courteous and efficient both in finding rentable accommodation to suit my needs as well as a property to purchase. At initial stage, I have taken advantage of their professionality to my benefit, as they have easily found the perfect condo by negotiating the rental fees and length of contract at the end of which have ensured the agreement by the landlord on a short lease extension necessary for the completion of all legal and administrative aspect in the purchase the perfect house for my retirement found through their assistance. By this short note I would like to thank all staff at Faz Waz for the assistance received and in particular Ms. Nutthida Khaoplod who assisted me in finding suitable renting accommodation and Mr. Tim Vallancey who was instrumental in finding a house to suit my requirements, and wish them all the best in future endeavors.

Tim is a true professional who keeps his word and delivers on time! He follows up questions you've asked him and he keeps his promises. I would really recommend him.

Ive visited a few properties in Huahin, Thailand with Fazwaz. I ended up purchasing a nice city condo. I am very happy to have met Sandro.. He has really helped from start to finish. Also with the negotiations and some after care. I have asked all sorts of questions and he has helped clarify many items. It is good to see that the staff have a passion for service as well as sales. I will definitely use fazwaz and Sandro for my next purchase :) Keep it up guys

I agreed with mr. Hamid Imran to rent his condo at Malakka-Malaysia. No viewing because i am in Holland. I made the deposit of 250 RM. Then mr. Hamid wants another 500 RM and i ask him for copy passport. He will not give so i cancel agreement. Mr. Hamid is now refusing to pay back the 250 RM. That makes FazWaz not to be trust when you want to rent and are a tourist not in Malaysia. TOURIST DO NOT BOOK WITH FAZWAZ WHEN VIEWING IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!

Daniil Kim was really fantastic. From the first contact and selection of properties to the actual purchase. He navigates through the forest of Thai real-estate regulations with experience and knowledge that puts buyers at ease.

I have just bought an apartment in Phuket. Luckily I came across the team at FazWaz with Kuhn William, who impressed me with his unique competence, reliability, precision and friendliness... he and his people were always willing to listen and find a solution for every problem. Umberto Niccoli worked tirelessly to search and find a condo for me. Always willing to help and was very accomodating. Unfortunately, it took much longer than I had hoped only because the real estate listings in Phucket were old and inaccurate. Many that showed they were available for sale were not available and the information was not accurate or sufficient. It's not like that here in the U.S. Consequently, you have to rely on people like Umberto to find you the condo or house you need.
