My experience with Fazwaz, and especially with Amir, has been absolutely first class.
I can not thank Amir enough for his attentiveness and support throughout this whole process. He was completely central to everything; coordinating all parties, and keeping things moving at all times.
I also have to thank him for sharing his vast knowledge on all of the subjects that I brought up too, many of which were outside of the task at hand.
After my recent experience, I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this team to others, and will be doing so at any opportunity that arises.

Khun Sandy (Sutthammawan Nitkitsomboon) was a detailed, attentive, transparent and supportive agent whom I will wholeheartedly recommend to others. Through the whole process she communicated each step in writing, responding to our communication at all hours of the day. She went above and beyond, overseeing contractor visits to the house as well as liasioning with the lawyer directly when needed. FazWaz have been amazing, we organised our villa whilst still in Australia Por went to the property and did a video call with us so we could inspect, we signed our leases and Por assisted with organising transport to our villa from Bangkok with our 2 dogs and cat and was at the villa at midnight to greet us which I was not expecting. I had a frustrating experience with Fazwaz while trying to get my 36,000 THB deposit back—it took nearly a month of back and forth. Initially, my agent claimed there were 22,000 THB in fees, including inflated charges for damages and even an extra cleaning fee, despite the fact that I had already paid for the cleaning service they arranged. After weeks of persistence and calling out the questionable charges, they finally reduced the fees to 8,000 THB (around $300). While I’m relieved to have resolved it, the process felt intentionally drawn out and padded with unjustified costs.

Faz Waz Hua Hin , Thailand…
I had started emailing this company about some of the properties I was interested in and when I arrived in town, Acharapun was able to find me a great condo and she did it so freaking fast it blew my mind because this was the 2nd condo we visited and IT WAS A WRAP! I TOLD HER NO, this is the 1 and we don't have to see any other locations!!!!!! Faz Waz Hua Hin is a great real estate company! I'm am so glad I chose them because from the time I walked in the office, Acharapun sat me down and asked me a couple of questions about what I was looking for and she navigated our course for viewing and I tell you, we only were out about an hour when she help me land my dream condo right near the beach!!! immediately upon telling her that I was ready to sign a lease, I was overjoyed! Acharapun processed all the necessary documents and I was so greatful for her using her skills to make me the happiest man in Hua Hin!

After almost 3 years of advertising through FazWaz, I have never had a single inquiry, viewing request or contact from any agent. They take 5% commission for doing absolutely nothing to promote the properties. Just sitting and waiting for clients.

Firstly, FazWaz.com operates as a hybrid platform, offering both agent assistance and a free listing service. For each booking, we need to confirm the availability and dates directly with the property owner or partner.
Secondly, regarding the missing deposit amount, please note that bank and currency conversion fees, as well as transfer fees, are standard charges applied by banks and transfer platforms for international transactions. These fees are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
We understand that these circumstances may have caused you inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding.
