Beautiful Gifts and Amazing Customer Service!

I am from the USA and need to send a holiday gift for an associate in France. I choose Fauchon because their gift baskets were beautiful and affordable.

However, we had issues with delivery, by no fault of Fauchon's, and our gift basket was returned to the company. I worked with Lucille, in customer service, and she was amazing. She not only responded to my inquiry immediately but made the process of having something reshipped to our associate painlessly seamless. Fabulous Customer Service!

Thank you so much for taking the scary process of purchasing and shipping gift baskets internationally a breeze!

Excellent Quality Chocolates for presents

Jai commandé une boîte de chocolats sur le site en ligne, c'était facile à faire, et le qualité et emballage sont parfaites pour un cadeau et beaucoup mieux que des fleurs etc comme cadeau d'anniversaire....Lucile avec le service client était excellente lorsque j'avais besoin de aide... j'achèterai chez Fauchon encore
I ordered a box of Fauchon chocolats via the online site, the quality and packaging were perfect for a birthday present and Lucile in customer service was super helpful when I needed advice , I will definitely use again

Not being French

Not being French, I had a slight problem with my order. But Florence at Fauchon Customer Services sorted it all out very quickly and efficiently.
